4  DIVINE  DIVISIONS  OF ALL  JOBS ON EARTH

PART  7

I laid on the floor and worshipped GOD just before continuing this partly modified page.

This Part of the Web site is divided into 9 Chapters and some Sub-Chapters as follows:

Everything in the Supreme Universe exhibits the Omnipotence of GOD, the Nature/Number of Jobs too are hence Infinite.
Generally modern people are not bothered about the new jobs arising out of the Research and Development in Science ; For e.g. the invention of Flights necessitate Pilots, Air hostess, catering services, porter, traveling agents, mechanics, etc. etc.
Any work can be split into many and people appointed accordingly.

However the different works multiple, all works /jobs /professions can be classified into 4 as per the Supreme Science.
It is not a Joke ; but the Glory of the Creator, GOD. Further, it should be understood that when GOD does it, there will be specific / Perfect Purpose for the same. The Supreme Mother of the Universe has established everything in the Universe as Supreme, and the Supremacy in Jobs result in the 4 Divine Classification of the Infinite Number of Jobs as to execute Divine Justice in everything and/or to All Individuals in the matter of Jobs too.  They are all scientifically explained in Chapters 3 & 4 below.

In every Creation Cycle, the True VEDAS are resurrected thru Malsya Avataar and the OM-writing Phenomenon which are explained in Part 4 of this Web site. //   Whereas the Development Of Physical Science Nearly Reaches Its Completion, Whereas The Greatness Of The Universe Is Rightly Explained, Whereas the  4  Major Branches Of Theology (Science), namely  (1) Physical Science (Bhouthika Shastram - which is commonly known as Science), (2) Science Of Duties & Virtues (Dharma Shastram),  (3) Spiritual Science (Aathmeeya Shastram), and  (4) Manthra Science (Science Of Magic /Maya & Ayurvedic Medical Science) are positioned in Theology in the Right Order, Whereas the Population nearly Saturates on Earth,  Whereas the Time set By GOD co-ordinates with all the above,  the True and Perfect Theology will be Revealed.    // 

[In the present Supreme Creation Cycle, MAHAASHAKTHI  has sent the ParamaSivan, and through him resurrects the MAHAAVEDAM (the Supreme Science), incorporating the Malsya Avataar, Om-writing, Placing the Supreme Heart 'Omkaram' in ParamaSivan, etc. The details of such events are dealt separately in Part 4.]

The 4 Scientific Divisions of All Jobs on Earth also get established during the Resurrection of the True Vedas. When Samharam (Destruction of the Creation Cycle) progresses, the 4 Scientific Divisions lose its essence by and by. The 4 Scientific Divisions will again be established during the next Creation Cycle. The Remains of the 4 Scientific Divisions of all Jobs are still available in Hinduism as a much/worst-decayed dead body; polluting the society for many centuries.

 3    Fundamentals of Life

Differences in Jobs do not change the Fundamental Requirements of People / Individuals : Whatsoever be the Jobs, all people (say Scientist, Judge, King /Ruler, Businessman, Fisherman, Carpenter, Typist, Religious Priest, Peon, Farmer.....) are basically enjoying or experiencing the following in common :-   (1) All men ( women) Breathe Air, Drink Water, Eat Food, Excrete/ discharge waste matters from the body, Diseases come, Consume Medicines, Do works, Take part in Hobbies, Involve in sexual happiness, Deliver & Bring up children, Enjoy with children, Live in houses, Wear clothes, Sleep, .... Enjoy- Cry- Grieve- Laugh .........Birth - Life - Death.    (2) For all Men/Women, one day is 24 hours, and everybody has to spend more or less equal time out of those 24 hours for their fundamental /unavoidable requirements, namely: eating, drinking, bathing, sleeping, doing works, etc. (3) The Age or Life-periods of all People are Indefinite - that is the change in jobs do not extend age. It is thus reminded that the Fundamental Necessities, Requirements & Hobbies of all People are ONE & the SAME. 

Born is to Live. Born is not to work. Born is not to earn money.
To meet our requirement to Live, we work. It is not in the reverse. To meet our requirement to Live, we need money. And we should not live for money. In comparing the (1) Social (Political) Rank, (2) Profession, (3) Wisdom and/or Literacy, (4) Financial High Position, etc. many or most of the People consider that they are superior or inferior to others. All those Positions cease in such Birth, and it is a great missing if they do best not. Such people as well as the Fanatics in Religions, Nationalities, Color, etc. will repent if they rightly learn the Omkara Science of Justice.

 4    Divine / Scientific Division of Jobs

The number of Jobs are infinite and infinity is a characteristic of Science. As explained in Part 4, Vedas contract this infinity and enable All Works on Earth scientifically classified into 4. This Classification is according to the 3rd Branch of Vedas, the Spiritual Science. It meets 3 requirements :  (1) Supreme Creation: To walk with all branches of SCIENCE.  That is, All New jobs will form part of one of the 4 divisions. (2) Supreme Preservation / Protection: To link all Jobs on Earth. That is, all Jobs are inter-dependent and thus not possible to differentiate a job as superior or inferior to another because the absence of the supporting job will make a job considered as major fail in completion. (3) Supreme Justice (= Destruction = Samharam) : To serve Equal Justice to all People in availing Jobs. That is, in accordance with the Supreme Science of Justice, linked in Part 4 of this Web site, Equality in Jobs are also perfectly achieved. It is the establishing Glory of the Creator that all People get Equal Justice in the matter of Jobs too.

All Jobs on Earth can be scientifically classified into 4 :

Those 4 divisions are matching with the life requirements of the whole Mankind and they have nothing to do with the social/religious ranks/divisions of today. Everybody will find that all jobs on Earth can be classified under one of the above 4 Divisions, meeting the Creation aspect described in (1) above ; Everybody will find that a job classified in one of those 4 divisions do link with the other divisions, meeting the Preservation aspect described in (2) above ; Everybody will find that jobs when interchanged during re-births as detailed in the Supreme Science of Justice (Omkara Science of Justice) linked to Part 4 of the Web site, do bring Equal Justice to all People, meeting the Destruction aspect described in (3) above.

 4.1    Job Division 1 - CLEANLINESS   (SHUCHITHVAM)

All Human Jobs required to keep the Supreme Universe operate in accordance with the Supreme Science of Duties & Virtues giving Complete Satisfaction to all Creatures especially to Human beings and serving Equal Justice to all Human Beings are classified as 'CLEANLINESS'.

Thus Cleanliness contain the Duties / Jobs connected with highlighting VIRTUES. The People involve in this Category will always place Virtues First, hence the Duties performed by them become Perfect and Divine. They will even clean the dirty canals in their village or town with own hands. They will have a Humble Divine Face and an inclination towards Singing and/or Hearing Divine Music. Music is the First in Cleanliness which is easily understandable as a Gift from GOD. All People are not blessed with the capability to sing. The Effect of Sound is explained in Part 1 & 3 of this Web site. A sudden Music will stop Disputes between People. It can produce rain. A Divine Music in any language can hold all People together. MahaaShakthi has set such great excellence in Music. He/She sings in the morning and evening at Worship Centres and make People & GOD happy. He receives Donations from People. The Blessed People need to be more humble at all times. Since Music is understandable as a Gift from GOD, no competition is allowed. He falls in the Single Blessed Category with the Authority to Beg.

Social Duties to uplift the living standards of the People,
that is to Protect the Society is the Second in Cleanliness. 
Doing Good to those People who need it. This is also made possible without language problem. GOD had/has established the Language of Symbols, i.e. expressions through moving our organs : hand, fingers, head, eyes, lips, body, leg, etc.
To Protect the Society, the Duties should be with Virtues. The Social Workers, and those participating in social duties together with their other professions list in this group. Those activities are necessitated due to the fall of Political workers. Hence the Social Workers are in fact making good of the Political Sins.

This shaded portion regarding Atheism may be skipped.  The Atheists enjoy the Free Will to consider as avoiding GOD, but doing good to people in eradicating nonsense and unscientific customs are Divine/Scientific and part of Cleanliness. Their Cleaning the Society will also be possible by adopting the Supreme Qualities : the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice. However, the Atheists fail at one point. They fail to present a solid reason or purpose for Cleaning the Society. Why should they clean the society/nation with communism or any other -isms? To achieve what? To achieve for whom? Those who do not believe in GOD and Soul need not worry for them or children, etc. They need not look after their children too. So far as they believe not in GOD and Soul, etc., their reasoning should end in enjoying life; exploiting, killing, etc. of own relatives and children, etc. should not matter to them. And the Atheists should not use the word Rationalist. It is not fit for them. Rationalism is Divine. Atheism attaches to the Known Science and RATIONALISM attaches to the SUPREME SCIENCE (MAHAAVEDAM).

Teaching & Research in the VEDAS is the Third in Cleanliness.  
 The Qualifications of a Teacher /Researcher is Primary; and it is briefed in Chapter 3.18 of Part 3 'OM'.  He should be a living Model in the Science of Duties & Virtues. Others should not be titled as Teachers / Scientists /Gurus. Those who teach and/or learn Spiritual Science should wear a White Thread to symbolize the Rope we attach to Cows & Oxen. If Teachers knowingly or unknowingly avoid 'GOD' in their Research of Science Subjects, they become the 5th in Cleanliness, instead 3rd. Because 3rd & 4th approve that everything is by GOD.

To worship MAHAASHAKTHI is the 4th in Cleanliness.

Literature, Arts, Dailies, TV, and Different Hobbies form the 5th in Cleanliness. 
Those become Hobbies when the Social Set-Up runs smooth. At such time, they should amuse all people, the society. But when the Society is endangered, political rule fails or does wrongs, the Duties of the People involved in Literature, Arts, etc. should change, and they should work for correcting the errors in the society, especially political errors. Before Opening of Maya, they are/were obliged to fight against Religions, Terrorism, Wars, etc.

To keep our body as well as House, Road, Offices, etc. etc. fully clean in physical terms is the 6th in Cleanliness.
The present lifestyles are to be changed/modified. All People should do Cleaning by own hands. They should clean the roads, public offices etc. By such activities, (1) the dignity of jobs will be established, (2) people take care to keep public properties clean, (3) public fund saved, etc. If GOD wills, more details will be added later. 

 4.2    Job Division 2 - NECESSITY

The Jobs required as Necessary to maintain the Society Life.
The Jobs related to Food, Clothes and Shelter (House) form the fundamental necessities in the respective order. Thus the Farmers, Weavers, Tailors, Carpenters, Masons, etc. become so necessary in the Society. 

The Jobs mentioned in the next Divisions 3 & 4 attain the Status of Necessity in accordance with Change of Time, but it is temporary. For e.g. the usage of Telephones began as a Luxury item (Job Division 4 - Amusement) decades before, later it became a Requirement (Job Division 3), and today it is a necessity (Job Division 2). Such changes are temporary, and when Samharam progresses, it will again run in the reverse order, and finally there will not be any telephones.

In accordance with the status of a Job, the Government should have to fix Service Charges. For example, when Telephone becomes a Necessity, the Government should provide the Services even by bearing losses to Public Fund. Not only that the Service Charges, etc. should vary to those People who do Job Division 1 & 2. In other words, the present classification with regard to rural / urban areas, religious /caste differences, etc. are to be washed away.

 4.3    Job Division 3 - REQUIREMENT

The Jobs fall under Requirement to maintain the Society Life; but are NOT necessary.

A peculiar feature of "Job Division 3 - Requirement ' is that during the Course of Time, this Job Division avails more Freedom and expands more. The Jobs in the 'Requirement Status' may/will be apparently lifted to 'Necessity' , the Next Division 'Hobbies' will attain 'Requirement Status', etc. The Losing of Virtues effect in 'Job Division 3' and make the Duties worsen and the Society or People (start) suffer at the hands of Job Division 3.

During the Course of Time, the Job Division 3 (Requirement) does not recognize themselves as a Requirement, and consider themselves as the Top Necessity in the Society (Nation). Perhaps, they are the biggest fools. The Political and other Administration Set-ups in a Country including the Judiciary, the Police (+ Military), etc are the Job Division 3 -Requirement.
A Peculiar Feature of this Job Division 3 is that MahaaShakthi has placed this Division as a Challenging Chance to accumulate /acquire the Maximum Holiness (Punyam) in such Births. However, Most or Many of the Ministers, Judges, etc  are presently accumulating Maximum /More Sins instead of Holiness. They should understand that GOD placed self (GOD) before the Creatures as a Requirement, Job Division 3; not as a Necessity.

It is simple to understand that for a family or society sticking to Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice, that their general requirements for a political rule or a judiciary are not  necessities.  GOD has revealed this Truth to many like M.K. Gandhi, Karl Marx, etc.

In Chapter 3, we have seen the Fundamentals of Life. The role of the political leadership in those Fundamental matters of Man are basically very little. Realizing the differences in the birth-qualities of a man, the political- administration should assist a man, if it is required by him. The jobs and job- tastes of the people are incorrectly estimated today and they are exploited by the ruler (s), by winding them unnecessarily with unscientific and evilly rules & regulations.

People are divided into different political groups! religious groups! Caste groups! Tribal Groups! Trade Groups! Business Groups! Labour Groups! Sub-Groups of all the above Groups etc. etc. 
The formation of such groups should function only for the overall development of the nation. 
If they work for individual progress alone, the nation will gradually collapse.... 
just like an organ in our body, say one leg grows and the other parts of our body NOT grown  in proportion.

The modern Politicians, particularly those claiming to be Democrats, are doing a very big sin in regard to their negligence and/or ignorance of Birth-Qualities. They are detailed in 'Omkara Science of Justice' linked to Part 4 and all pages of this Web site. It is scientifically explained how the differences in Birth Qualities such as Beauty, Color, Job-taste, Hobby-taste, etc. are necessary in Human life in order to run a Happy Life on Earth. It was explained further how GOD, the Supreme Justice implements/serves Equal Justice to all People when differences established in Birth Qualities.

To run a Happy Life, there should be People to do all Kinds of Jobs.
It means there should be Farmers, Soldiers, Businessmen, Drivers, Doctors, Engineers, Typists, Clerks, Pilots, King (Ruler), etc. In line with the Developments in Science & Technology, new jobs are created, and new type of workers required. For e.g. (1) when flights are invented, pilots, engineers, airhostess, etc. were/are wanted. (2) when new software are found for Computers, new workers are required  to teach the software, to work with that software, etc. In every type of work, the workers need expertise and facilities related to his particular work only. So far as he concentration more on his work, the best results are also obtained.
He does not need to know all the different kinds of jobs. It is not possible. The establishment by GOD is such that people do a certain jobs, and not all jobs in one birth. For e.g. it is ridiculous if a doctor goes out every now and then for doing the job of taxi-driver for he knows driving. An Engineer need not learn Medicines, Politics, Astronomy, etc.

In line with the Development in Science and Technology, a rural man may tell or suggest about the names of some allopathic medicines & ayurvedic medicines on seeing one person suffering from fever, headache, etc. Such prescription does not make the rural man a doctor. In line with the Change of Time and Progress in Science and Technology, everyone may be able to tell or comment about other jobs. In regard to modern Politics, the above factor is too much. There is nothing much to learn in Politics, like the hardships in Cultivation, Medical/ Engineering Course, etc. Hence the common people are in a more better position to comment on Politics. The so-called Democrats and other Politicians are misusing the above, telling that the Common People need to be imparted with more political knowledge /awareness. Fools they are ! A country with Politicians alone, with nobody to cultivate food,
to weave clothes, to build houses, etc. Modern Politics & Political Science are different. Political Science is to build up Strong Men with the Best Qualities who never care his life as well as that of his parents, wife, children, etc. He finds pleasure (Satchidanandam) in doing always good to the countrymen. He fears only GOD and he does not need soldiers to care his life. He believes in GOD and GOD protects him.

The Lotteries, the Insurance, the Banks, etc are 'Bad Products' of the 'Job Division 3 - Requirement'. For example : when an accident occurs, the government is obliged to give financial help to the affected or relatives, if they are in need of. The Panchayat can very well estimate the situation and can take/implement decision within hours /days. For such matters, the present systema have established many insurance organizations for 'Life, Properties, Vehicles, etc' creating 'paper-work jobs' which are all very evilly.

  4.4    Job Division 4 - HOBBIES

Enjoy Life according to SATHYAM, DHARMAM, AND NEETHI  (Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice)

GOD wants People to enjoy Life. The limitation according to Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice is required for Protecting Life. Otherwise Life as well as the Creation will perish soon. The Music, Arts & Literature, Games, and Sports are the Hobbies and they were interacting with people direct before the Development of Science & Technology. During the Course of Development in Science & Technology, the Hobbies spread direct & indirect globally thru Paper, Radio, Telephone, Television, Computer, etc.

The Music in Job Division 1 becomes the First in Job Division 4 'Hobbies' too.
All 4 Divisions of Jobs when done with responsibility, create pleasure / hobby.

The Hobbies described above will become the 5th item in Job Division 1, Cleanliness in accordance with the social situations. In a politically disturbed society, or in the event of foreign attack, etc., the duties and responsibilities of Hobbies would change to that of Cleanliness, Job Division 1.
The above derivation of Divine Law deletes unnecessary discussions in Literature about the Duties or Primary Duties of Literary Men, etc. That is, in a troubled society, the Primary Objective of Literature should be for Social Revolution. And in a Good and Peaceful Society, Literature must be for amusing the People.

For Happy Life, there should be Hobby / Amusement.
But Life should not be for Hobbies / Amusements.
Never allow Hobbies to rule you. If Hobbies rule you, they are not Hobbies,
they are Evils instead.
For example: (1) Playing cards : The devilishness developing during the game will make one forget that he is playing with his brother and/or friend, but the arguments or disputes may tend one even to kill his brother/friend and later repent.
(2) Cricket : Perhaps your mother fell into well, and somebody informs you to save her while you are watching Cricket direct or on TV. You will reply to the messenger, "I will come soon. Let 2 more Over finish."  Time pass by. The Evil in Cricket will make you either forget the danger happened to your mother or you will continue to postpone over by over until the game is over. And when you start  thinking of your mother when the game is over, your mother will also be "Over". Still the Evils in the Society will characterize that very sad event as the Specialty of Cricket. Those People are at the control of Evil, unable to recognize Good and Bad. Don't live for Sports & Games. Let them avail only a limited portion in your life.  Think, how many crores of people watching and discussing cricket matters in various countries. How much money, materials, energy and time get wasted when the different countries suffer upon many basic & so urgent problems.
The main thing is that the Purpose of Life are getting ignored by many. Severe Loss !
Cricket is an evilly game. The Evil acts upon many. And the Many lose the Meaning of Life.
Where more Evils rule the Governments, there increase Evilly Sports & Games also more. Boxing, Wrestling and similar Evilly items should also be abolished in the society. Still people interested in such evils should be given the Divine Freedom to do or not to do, by sending those people to forests to perform their evils away from the society. The Cinema, TV Programmes, etc. are to be redesigned to make amusements in Divine Style and Order.

 5    First Job - FARMER

All Jobs are Equal, however GOD has placed Farmer the First among Equal Jobs.
It is detailed in a separate page, but briefly quoted below to highlight the Importance.

It should be well understood all jobs have Equal importance in the Creation and Preservation of Life. 
However, GOD has established one Profession, the Profession fully attaching Man to the Soil (Land) where he stands, sits and lays down, superior to all professions, and it is farmer. 
(Man is made up of Soil - all the chemical components present in Soil are present in the Human body too.) 

The Farmer is feeding all the people in the country with the 3rd fundamental requirement of man, the FOOD. (1- Air, 2- Water, 3- Food/Soil).  The King, the Minister, the Priests, the Industrialists, the Police, the Engineers, the Doctors ..... everybody run behind the farmer for food.  They all rank below the farmer. It is wrong if the preachers of religions, known religious scholars,  theologists, etc. who incorrectly talk about their supremacy over all other factions of people, calling other peoples to forget physical matters and join in spiritual matters alone. Those spokesmen/Preachers of Religions mostly consider themselves as Superior to all/many other factions of people .. further they consider farmers, weavers, masons, carpenters, etc. as unwise people living like animals, not understanding the meaning of life as understood by them. (Animals like Cow/Bull are many times greater than Man, in general, are not known to those preachers). They say "Think of God, donate to the preachers of God and to the poor, do prayers (alone)."  Such religious cracks should understand that Wisdom and attachment to GOD, etc. are Birth-Qualities, and are detailed in Part 4 of Web site. If the farmers, weavers, etc. go behind religious cracks, there will be no food, etc., and human life will be endangered.
Perhaps the religious cracks may be the No.1's who give up and abuse Religion and/or GOD and rush for food even by brutally killing innocent creatures.

 The religious cracks are kindly advised to learn the Supreme Science of Justice detailed in Part 4 of this Web site wherein it is mentioned how Birth Qualities are maintained by GOD, and Equal Justice served to all People in regard to Birth Qualities. They may wonder to know how all people including themselves (and other creatures too) get equal chances to enjoy life, doing different jobs - farmers, carpenters, clerks, policemen, minister, king, judge, pilot, preacher,  sweeper, etc. - through Reincarnations.

The RaajaGuru attains the high rank of  FARMER  thru preservation of Cows.

The VIRTUES in Duties/Job would decide the Need for any Job in anywhere in the society /earth as well as the Status of a Job in the 4 Divine/Scientific Divisions of Job. The 4 Divine Divisions of Job can be contracted & briefed in another form related with Earth : A job/duty related directly or indirectly with Earth alone are placed as Necessity. 
For example : Farmer, Labourer, Carpenter, Mason, Engineer, Doctor, Mechanic, Pilot, etc 
A job/duty developed as a requirement but less-related with Earth are placed as Requirement.
For example : Ruler/Administration/Judiciary, etc 
 Hobby is not a job, it is very less-related with Earth, but it can be considered as a Job when Hobby is made to provide pleasures to other people provided the Virtues are maintained.

Man can be said as living for Happiness. The Happiness is Varying from Man to Man. (Woman too). Many find more happiness in Food (tastes), Many in Clothes, Many in Buildings, Many in Arts, Many in Sports, Many in Liquors...., Many in Gold/Money, Many in Tours, Many in Sex, Many in Fame, Many in GOD, etc.
Although Happiness vary, the fundamental requirements remain always the same : Food, Clothes & House (Shelter).
Hence one has to acquire the fundamental requirements by way of work. He is awarded with Job and Hobby tastes too.
Keeping up Virtues in Duties/Work is up to his using the awarded Free Will.  He needs to work to acquire the fundamental requirements is his obligation as it is the base for his aim, that is the particular factor (s) of his happiness.
The base is earth. Work on Earth. The Earth (the solid form of GOD) supplies everything. In other words, people have no rights for wishing (More) Happiness without fulfilling /acquiring the fundamental requirements. And One can do every duty with Happiness; it may even change his aim / particular happiness to another aim, care not to be lazy, and be with Virtues always.

The Supreme Mother of the Universe has Blessed  FARMER with Complete Happiness & Complete Freedom
The Farmer can enjoy with all Creatures in /on the Soil. He avails Complete Freedom. He does not need permission from any masters except GOD to avail leave, etc. etc. More details will be added later, if GOD wills.

 6    DIGNITY  of  COWS  & OXEN

 7    No Trade Unions after the Opening of Maya

Please study Part 4,  7 & 8  to  reach at conclusions whether Trade Unions are required or not.

The Trade Unions and Political Parties as well as Religious Rule were doing good to  labourers and/or to people at a time. But it should not be counted to justify their existence today. In most of the countries they have already crossed Date of Expiry. 

In Countries like India, the Common People are fed up with the Harthals, Bandhs, etc. etc. At many places, a common man is not in a position to do/select work. The Permission from Trade Unions trouble them. People are forced NOT to go to work, NOT to open their Shops, etc. etc. So far as the Creator of this Universe = the Creator of the People are NOT the Trade Unions, or Political Parties, how dare those Sins interrupt the Freedom given to People by their Creator. The Human Governments and Human Courts who became Robbers of another kind can often be seen blinking at the dirty affairs created by the Trade Unions and begging for their mercy! They are Not able to Protect People the Right Free Will of People but are able to rob People through evilly taxes, etc.

In many/most countries like the USA, the leaders act as if they are above GOD.

 8    No Political Parties after the Opening of Maya

No explanations necessary. However, it is detailed in Part 7 of this Web site.
