(1) Besides taking up the HELMET ISSUE, in 1999,
(2) Mr. Badsha = THE EXPECTED had sent letters/requests to the High Courts in Kerala, in New Delhi,  President, Prime Minister, Newspapers, etc. by Post & E-mail, on 22 August 2003.
(3) Sent Reminders to the High Court in Kerala on 28.08.2003 by E-mail.
(4) Since those attempts failed, issued the following Divine Order No.1 on 29.08.2003, 
sent it by a Courier on the same day and (5) by E-mail on 30.08.2003

However, desired fruits not received.  Divine Order issued by the SIVA-Designate has been unattended/ ridiculed by the Highest Court in the Divine Land (Keralam).

A copy of the Divine Request-cum-Order No.2 issued to the Government of/in India was sent to the High Court in Kerala, by E-mail on 06.09.2003, after  publishing what is mentioned in the above paragraph.
Reminders by E-mail sent on 08.09.2003, 12.09.2003 & 17.09.2003.

PEOPLE  COMPELLED  TO  WASTE  MONEY  FOR  HELMETS  BY  JUDICIAL SINS  IS  HIGHLY  PAINFUL.... FREEDOM  GIVEN TO  THE  CREATURES  BY  THE  CREATOR  IS  HURT.

In order to stand by the Supreme Qualities  'Truth, Duties & Virtues'  of
