The
appointment of Village Chiefs, Policemen etc. have to be made after
serious considerations, and the Real (Divine) GramaSwaraj would help
solve perfectly the evils in the Public Administrative Offices.
A very serious problem in the government offices in India and many
countries is the heaps of unwanted /unnecessary paperwork. One
man’s work is increased by way of unwanted and unnecessary
paperwork and 25 men needed to finish such paperwork...... and the
work done by 25 men today, needs 50 men tomorrow, and 100 men the
day- after- tomorrow. This makes the Dignity/Virtues of the Job
(Duty) lose by and by, that is the Virtues in Duty disappear.
This would gradually develop to
question or doubt even the need for such public jobs/Duty. Such
questioning may extend to (the need for) the Political Ruling
Systems and the Judiciary as well. The same is happening in
India & everywhere today.
The radical causes have to be cured. Dharma Shastram means the
Science of Duties and Virtues. The Duty & Virtues should begin,
continue, and end in every Activity together. In other words, the
Virtue should be maintained through out the Duty.
If
Duties are not classified and performed in accordance with Virtues,
then both Duties & Virtues will fail. It happens in every
country.
The
people of the country suffer at the hands of the unjust &
devilish administration setups of the ruler. The non-virtuous &
the undutiful ruler establishes unwanted/ unjust and devilish
administrative offices, which make the people slaves and not
free-men.

As
said before, when one man’s work is done by 25 or more
men, the people are paying to those 25 men appointed by the
ruler to get their general requirements done.
Since the duty of those 25
men are factually that of one man only, the virtues of the
duty or job fail and those 25 men feel/ become lazy.
People should get happiness while doing their works too.
Here it is NOT available.
Their conscious mind is opposed to the rubbish
activities they do & they lose confidence in every
administrative work, feel bored with the rubbish works
they do, and they need relaxation.
To
relax, they receive bribes of different kinds.
(This is one main reason
behind bribes and corruptions)

The people will have to pay bribes, etc. also to all those 25 men,
and at times to the rulers too (the different political leaders).
For one man’s service, the people
are paying to many. Those 25 men & the ruler neglects the fact
that they are all fed by the people (by way of taxes). Those
servants of the people, convert their masters into slaves, and
the masters converted into slaves are wasting their energy, money,
personality, time, etc. and go behind their servants with
bribes, calling them, " Sir ,sir, please, please do sir,
..........please Sir..."
The statement that one man’s job is done by 25 men is not a joke,
and if this has not been proved yet by economists, the Writer or an
economist can rationally prove it, if necessary, if GOD wills.
Several (Shameless & Incapable) Ministers are nowadays publicly
admitting that government (Public Fund) is paying to many
government staff with no jobs. The ruler is obliged to make
sure that Public Funds are not misused. Instead of elongating the
administrative works, the ruler should establish industries etc.
which would solve the unemployment, and increase the resources
(Productivity) and accelerate the overall development of the nation/
people.
To correct those foolish
political set-ups, the State Governments & the Central
Government, should first of all control and limit their own
activities, and set the people free under the umbrella of the
genuine GRAMASWARAJ which was divinely brought by Mahaathma Gandhi.
The excess/unwanted staff in the Public Administrative Offices
including that of the Ministries should be retrenched saving the
public funds.

Offices
(like the UPSC & STATE PSCs in India) which conduct
Examinations
to 10 lakh candidates to select 1 or 100 clerks qualified
with Secondary School Examination should be immediately shut
off.

If
those Offices are not eliminated before the Opening of Maya,
TPO will close them down after the Opening of Maya.

The
National loss created by such examinations (the studying of unwanted
things by the candidates, the time, money, energy, etc. wasted for
such studies, lakhs of people writing the examination, valuing those
lakhs of answer sheets, selection for interview, interviews, etc.
etc. are just Wastes.
With a little of such amounts, the required number of employees can
be given wages for their entire service!
Such employment requirement can/should be simply done by the Grama
Panchayats or Experts in the Society. For e.g., the vacancy of a
clerk, policemen, etc. should be filled up at the discretion of the
Panchayath President, who shall enjoy the support of a group of
qualified & devoted men for advices, if necessary.
People should
believe each other. Unfortunately people are NOT believing even
their own family members!
The present Panchayath Raj, etc. are only the decaying dead bodies.
In the Divine Grama Swaraj, public fund will not be wasted for
Election Procedures. All the people who want to serve the
land/people shall start serving, and such people do not require
Authority from any Government. His authority is from GOD and he does
not sit in the Opposition benches and waste time and energy for
vague discussions, etc. which in turn would make many people
actors-in-politics jobless. The Basics of the real GRAMA
SWARAJ can be understood from the True Daiva Shastram, and if God
wills, the Writer would give the explanations, which are known to
him by the Grace of GOD. It is felt unnecessary to write more in
this Website about Corruptions.
