The content of this page was done many years
before. Perhaps, modifications needed in line with the Supreme / Super

The Unnecessary & Unjust elongation made in the Administrative
Procedures
are one of the basic reasons for Corruptions, Degradations of
Principles,
Loss of Time, and Wastage of Public Funds.
Instead of one man (of virtues) visiting a disputed
land or a murder place to ascertain the situation/ facts as well as
to decide the follow up matters immediately,
one hundred men may involve and confuse the whole.
Certifications from different officers, and statements from false
witnesses, Genuine as well as False reports from doctors, etc. etc.
elongate the subject, and lead the court to set free the culprits or
the innocents upon technical errors found in the paper/ statements.
Those worst procedures take many years to conclude is another
cruelty.
Once
the Judiciary & the King are clean, as briefed in Part 5 of this
Web site,
ON- THE- SPOT- CHECKS & Decisions by One Executive in the
Panchayat or Judge and/or Ministers (King) in Uniform and or
in disguise would settle most of the Civil & Criminal cases. No
paper works, no advocates, no big manpower. Time is also saved &
Justice served immediately.
(Delay of Justice is denial of Justice- would no
longer trouble the society!). Instead what we are doing today is
making unnecessary paper works, etc. even for a minor land (border)
dispute as if it is an international event. International Problems
also will be settled within no time as per THE SCIENCE.
The one who avails one day's medical leave may have to take another
day's leave/absence to get Certificate from Doctor for the one
day's leave he availed first.
To approve the elongating and
complicating procedures laid down by the Parliament, and then talk
of the hills of pending cases are not appropriate for the
Raaja Guru.
The cases where detailed
investigation required by more men are to be understood as exceptional.
There are cases where the Judiciary
may face strong divine punishments,
for e.g. :- In 1997, near Kottayam town in Kerala, a wicked
man who was continuously creating disputes with his mother &
brothers, was killed at last by the family. The police
& the judiciary were making trials on the brothers and the
mother (who was learnt to be a witness). The wicked was a drunkard
and by profession an advocate. Neither the police/panchayat/government
nor the judiciary took interest to correct that guy until the
murder. The family who brought him up, LOVED HIM and suffered like
anything (and tried to correct him a lot) enjoy the divine authority
to punish him to the extreme, depending upon the situations
prevailed at the instance.
How can the Ruler or the Judiciary start punishing those innocents
who were not assisted (by the ruler & the judiciary) in the
right spirit ?

The
ruler & the judiciary are the ones to be punished for
not correcting that/such wicked guy because they
were paid for it. They were/are eating the tax-money
collected from those innocents too. Hence they share the
punishment for that murder, more than that family (in divine
terms). Cases like the above are plenty in every country!
The big and real
criminals are punishing the innocents who become criminals
accidentally and because of the big criminals.

consider themselves as Superior to the Common People should
