This Part of the Web site was done originally in
July 2007. It deals with the Duties & Responsibilities of People,
addressing specially a certain Civil Servants, namely the Police
Force, Civil Officers, Ministers, CMs, PMs, Presidents, Judges, etc.
in the different countries on Earth. It aims at (1) Eliminating the Judiciary & the
Legislature /Parliament; (2) the Present Legislature + Executive to Act as a Single Body
performing the Activities of the Judiciary too; (3) The Police &
Civil Force
to disobey the Wrong Orders of Judges/Courts & the Governments.

Why does the Topic give special mention to the
Police Force?
The Police serve Justice to the people direct and rank the 2nd in
the Job-Importance. (Though
all jobs have Equal importance in the Creation and Protection of
Life, there is one Profession, the
Profession fully attaching Man to the Soil, Superior to All
Professions, the Farmer. The King, the Minister, the
Priests, the Industrialists, the Police, the Engineers, the
Doctors ..... everybody run behind the farmer for food. They all
rank below the farmer. The 2nd Job is Police/Military who are to
be prepared to sacrifice their life for the People.). Since the
Police /Military are the People intended to protect the Public,
the Performance of Duties of Police affect the People very much.
Today, the Police became a Collection of People acting as not part
of the People, a change developed in the long run (thru Centuries) due to several
reasons.. Further they act as if they have no
heads/wisdom/intellect, and obey the Orders of Ministers, Judges,
etc.
If the Services of
Police are utilized NOT for the People, but to safeguard the
Wrong-Interests of the Government (Ministers, Judges, etc.), the
Police are indeed in the Wrong Path. It is too late for the
Police, Military, and the IAS Officers, etc. to check whether they
are serving the People. The highly educated Police Force as well
as the IAS Officers of today are shedding into Cages their
Thoughts/ Intelligence/ .....and Love towards the People.
They work like Slaves of the Ministers, Judges, etc. It is not a
matter of pitying as most of them do have mental anguish against
the System but do not find a way out. The Political/Religious
Leaders, the Judges, etc are making the best use of those great
men in Police, Secretariat, etc. notwithstanding the Merits, Sin,
etc.
Can the Right Men
in the Police and other Executives correct the Social Set up?
Indeed, it is simply possible. The Scientific Way of Approach
settles all issues.
All People
are obliged to carry out their Duties in accordance with Science;
to obey Science.The Rulers and the Judges are to
be obeyed only if their orders are Scientific. In fact All People
can do their Duties Happily only if they are mentally pleased with
the Virtues of their Duties.
The Political
Leaders/Rulers and Judges are making Laws, Orders etc. without
knowing the Science to be followed while making Laws/Orders.The
highly educated IPS, IAS and other Executives in the Police and
other Governmental Departments are obliged to distinguish a
Scientific and Unscientific Order.It is well described in Indian History,
for e.g. Chanakya Politics during Mauryan Empire; that the
Suraksha Sena, i.e. the Police need to scrutinize the social
laws/orders passed by the Government/Court in order that in order that People get
Justice.
A blameworthy situation is also to be
described here. Like the Governmental People who act as
Rulers-cum-Public Servants, namely the Ministers, Judges, etc.,
the Police also failed to recognize their Masters who feed them.
The Police need to love and/or serve the Public; in other words Do
their Duty Scientifically, in return, as the public give food,
wealth & life to the Police from the Public Fund. Following up
the above Single Statement (Truth) would basically bring Peaceful
Social Life to the Public.
All disputes/riots etc. can well be avoided
if the so-called Rulers-cum-Public Servants adhere to their
Duties according to Science. The Police Force can well be proud of
their Joining the Scientific Requirements of the Public/People. In fact, it is part of Scientific
Revolution. The Scientific Revolution is fully in peaceful terms.
No Bloodshed. However, if the Police do not rise up, History will
place them as done Wrong even after being informed; further to
Scientific Punishments from the Creator of Science which are also
well explained scientifically. The Methods of Actions/Reactions to
be followed up by the Police and other Executives are briefed in
this Letter.
The Police force including the
Military as well as other Rulers-cum-Public Servants shall please
be informed that the Scientific Revolution spoken in this letter
is only partly aimed in their participation; and the Scientific
Revolution will effect peacefully even if they do not cooperate.

Mention to the Police Force is continued in Chapters 10 to 16
below.

Need for Change of Political System
As you are all aware, the governmental people, namely the
ministers, judges, etc. are enacting/imposing different kinds of
laws for taxes, curtailing freedom, etc. etc. The common people
as well as intellectuals in various fields of life are in deep
grief for they do not find any perfect solution to oppose laws
and taxes found unreasonable /miserable. The defects of the present form of
parliamentary democracy are worsening the day-to-day life of the
general public. Most people do not like bloody revolutions. At
the same time they want Change; but are unable to find neither a
perfect political system nor a way for peaceful change which
could solve the religious and other needs/requirements too.
Is it possible to implement peacefully a Change of Political System?
The Universe is/has been Created and
Protected by the Supreme Science; and all problems do have Perfect Scientific
Solutions. Perfect Solution=Divine/Scientific Solution is always
peaceful. Please refer to Part 1 'GOD has Arrived'.
Present Problems in Kerala/India/Earth demand
more than a Change of Political System.
A casual study of the world events would tell us that every
country on earth is full of controversies/ disputes/
fights/terrorism, etc. based on Religion/Caste/ Nationalism/
Tribal /Color/ Language, Misuse of Scientific achievements,
Sexual Immorality, Economic Failures / Exploitations, Political
Failures/Nonsense, Judicial Ignorance etc.
It is now proved upon experience that the Political Science
developed up to Parliamentary Democracy and the Judiciary so
evolved are unable to settle the problems of today.
The wise
man should realize that all Branches of Science are nearly
saturated. This saturation can be seen in every field of life,
namely the different jobs, literacy, education, entertainments,
arts, sports, games, literary matters, news media, the computer,
radio, television, telephone, machineries, flights,
ships, Economic Systems, Political Systems, etc. etc. The
Population on Earth (as decided by GOD) has become so large that
the Earth is almost filled up. The life enjoyments possible in
one life span have nearly completed. The

3 How to solve Problems ?
People need not worry over what others do.
Others may do good or bad. You need to live according to the
Science of Duties & Virtues with the awarded facilities like
Health, Wisdom, Job Taste, Hobby taste, Parental love, etc..
In fact people who complain of social
problems does not suffer much from the social problems.
For example : the
youngsters and/or old people born in families considered by a
society as Backward say that 'they are suffering from high
castes' for many centuries. A boy or person talking of a
religious/caste problem existing for centuries should not
connect it to his/her personal life. He/she aged 15 or 50 only
has not been suffering for centuries ! The period spent during
babyhood, childhood, boyhood/girlhood, for sleeping, eating,
traveling, enjoying, etc.are to be subtracted from the said 15
or 50 years ! AND, the Supreme Science
of Justice applied on you may bring out the Proof that you might
have done wrong to the Caste described as suffering for
centuries during your past one or many births, making you also
responsible for the backward-condition. GOD is Love, and not
giving you the Memory Power of the Past Births. Your Claim for
Memory is to be allowed to All People, and if allowed, Your
Wrong doings will get publicized, you will be in dilemma, and
each & everybody in the Society will start worrying /disputing
for their own past deeds. One enjoys the Freedom
to do or not to do anything in accordance with the Science of
Duties & Virtues. Hence if one finds enjoyment in working for
the development of a certain society /class /nation, etc, it is
good. You need not do it for others. GOD is there to Protect the
Universe.
The Supreme Power (MahaaDevi) does not require the assistance of
anybody in the Creation and Protection of the Universe. Those
who consider as working for protecting something is due to their
Ignorance.
The above situation does not ask you to
sit idle. One need to live according to the Science of Duties &
Virtues. If your awarded facilities demand social service, do it
as it gives you enjoyment /pleasure.
Life is for enjoying. GOD is Love. GOD
becomes the Supreme Justice only when GOD gives all Equal
Justice to All Children /All Creatures. You are Created &
Protected by GOD thru the Supreme Science. Most /Many People on Earth are in fact aware that Science
alone bring Perfect Solutions to each and every problem. The
Solutions of Problems based upon Religion/ Caste/ Politics/
Tribe / Language/ Color/ Money etc. always exhibit their
Partialities; they are never universal; they are Imperfect. The
Various Problems & their Perfect/Scientific Solutions are

GOD, the Creator & Protector of the Universe, always to assist
you in solving your difficulties, as a Supreme Servant.

Judiciary is Superior to the Government; but not the Judges/Courts
Readers may Skip this Shaded
Portion.
It is to be said that Science of Justice is
not applicable to Non-believers (in GOD), namely Atheists,
Communists, etc. So far as they do not believe in the 'Life after
Death' and/or 'in Soul (and GOD)', they need not worry even for
their mother/ father/ brother/ sister/ wife/ husband/ children/
society/ country; but care only in Self-enjoyments. They don't need
to keep any responsibility to anybody. Living Good or Bad is not
needed to be considered. They don't need to distinguish Good and/or
Bad Qualities; they don't need to participate/conduct Researches in
Science/ Technology /Revolutions; but care only in self-enjoyments
even thru looting/robbery. Nevertheless the Communists, Atheists,
and Rationalists do good for the Society/Nation : it is great. All
Political Parties/Leaders reached a position that Telling Lies and
Doing Bad do not matter with them. The Religious developments
reached a stage that it is Not possible to live on earth without
telling lies.
DUTY becomes PERFECT
with VIRTUES; and Imperfect without Virtues. NO DUTY TO BE PERFORMED WITHOUT VIRTUES. That is, Virtues First, Duty Second.
It is because the Supreme Qualities of MAHAASHAKTHI,
the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice
are/were needed to be established before Creation of the Universe.

All Creatures get Equal Justice during Life as
well as in Evolution. Hence Justice was established first : The
Science of Justice.

All / Most People want Justice. It is inevitable for Happy Life. The
Human Judges who are considered as serving Justice also claim
Justice from the Government, if they are deprived of wages, etc. as
per Justice. The concept is that the society should live in
accordance with the Laws needed for Happy Social Life. This will
make the society life to run happily. And if they involve in
killings, riots, lootings, forcible sexual intercourses, etc., the
society cannot live in peace and/or will immediately perish. Thus
there is the need for the Science of Duties &Virtues to be laid
down & followed by, so that the Education, Research on Science,
and Development in all fields of life would take place. As per the
above, the various societies /nations in the world developed Science
of Duties & Virtues as well as Science of Justice; including
and/or excluding the religious laws.
A big missing occurred. Though many people say or believe that
Justice does not end with human governments / courts, in practical
terms they mostly ignored it. And act as if they (human beings)
finalize Justice. For preserving everything, we need to
stick to certain laws. e.g. (1) not making/ cultivating
food will result in starvation, (2) quarrelling /looting /killing
others will bring total destruction of the society. Likewise
everything will perish if not preserved in the right order or as per
Definite & Perfect Laws, i.e. the Laws or Science of Duties and
Virtues.
Who should make Laws?
From where do man get wisdom? Are we not obliged to think with
(wisdom) that GOD who created this vast Universe decide how people
should live? If we believe that GOD did not make Dharma Shastram
(the Science of Duties & Virtues - to be followed by man
individually and collectively), it would mean that GOD do not attend
/ care the lives and lifestyles of human & other beings and allowed
all beings to live somehow or at their choices. It is quite
rational to think that if GOD do not establish Dharma Shastram, GOD
cannot / should not effect judgments on the deeds of the Creatures.
If people believe that GOD gives fruits (of happiness & sorrow)
in accordance with their Good & Bad doings in life, they must also
believe that God establish Dharma Shastram & GOD do Justice. Should
the wise 'man' not follow the laws of the Creator? It is simple to
understand that the Creatures should follow the rules/ laws laid
down by the Creator.
The Judiciary
in every country is only a portion of the people. The Human
Courts are basically depending upon certain laws which are
erroneously called as the Law of the Land. LAW of / for the
LAND can be only Created by the Creator of the Land. And the
Creator who is also the SUPREME JUSTICE, reveals the Laws / Science
of Justice to the people who do Research on that subject. The
matters regarding the Perfection in the Revelation of the Laws
depend upon the Qualities of the Researcher / Scientist, Time
factor, etc., which are detailed in
www.omsathyam.com.
In Part 4 of the Web site the subject is very
well explained with many crucial problems on earth verified
scientifically and given divine/scientific solutions. Is it possible by
people to obey the Divine Laws, and the Social/ Political Laws
established by the Rulers at the same time if they contradict each
other in several aspects? Not at all. Unrighteous adjustments will
be required to follow both the Divine laws & the Human laws at a
time, and in turn it would bring the society life into darkness.

About Supreme Justice (GOD), and the Status of
Judiciary after the Scientific Revolution
The intellectuals
should understand that the Divine laws function in such a way that
injustices committed by everybody are fully registered, and
punished. Thus God disposes Justice. It is a fact
that all good men & the Judiciary can remain at peace only if GOD
disposes the Supreme Justice. In every Creation Cycle, the
Real MAHAAVEDAS = The Supreme Science are resurrected before the Opening of Maya through a
Divine/Scientific phenomenon called Malsya Avataar.
The VEDAS will be reinstated as the
Constitution in all the countries on Earth soon after the Opening of
Maya. The Supreme Justice (GOD) divides Justice
into 2 : One Part is handled by Human Beings, and the other Part is
by GOD.
As detailed in Part 1 of the Web site, GOD is obliged to entrust the handling of a
few selective social factors to Human Beings, in order to make him
fully free in all his life matters. Hence, GOD has entrusted
selective factors to Human Beings as to make him fully free in his
life and not feel as a Slave. They are as follows: The
General Social/Political Administration Matters, Agriculture,
Industry, Commerce, Education, Technology, Research, Transport,
Job/Profession, Hobbies, Worship, Pilgrimage, etc. Those selective
matters entrusted to him are actually simple when compared to the
factors handled by GOD.
Handling a
Factor/Problem ends up in the Justice served. That is, Science of
Justice and the Judiciary are Superior to the Govt., Ministers, etc. Though Human
Beings are given complete freedom to make Laws on those selective
factors, they are supplied with enough Wisdom to learn and/or act in
accordance with the Plus & Minus Qualities of Everything. He has
been supplied with enough Wisdom to understand the Supreme Qualities
of GOD; the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice; required to
protect this Universe (the Life), making it easy to derive the
Divine Laws for the factors entrusted to him. (Many Examples are
given in Part 4 of this Web site).
The Creator has established everything as
simple as possible to help the Creatures. But it is a fact that
human beings fail to carry out those little & simple portions too.
Why? Because, the Human
Courts as well as the Rulers, also began to lose the Virtues in Duties. NOT TO PERFORM DUTY
WITHOUT ESTABLISHING THE VIRTUES is the Divine Principle to be
followed by all. A small case which can be settled by a Judge
within 1 hour by making an on-the-spot-visit/check gets elongated
by the Courts/Judiciary (and the Governments) today for many years
thru many small courts and big courts with many representations &
certifications from Real & Unreal witnesses, doctors, police
verification reports, hearing-ins, etc. etc. resulting in Loss of
Money, Loss of Manpower, Loss of Materials, Loss of Time,... ending
in Loss of the Topic itself. Please do not use the above sentences
to defame any Judges whether they do sin or not. Similar Sins as
seen in the Judiciary exist in all Fields of Life today. The Human
Beings working as Part of a System always do have limitations. They
may gradually realize their errors and begin to rectify the System.
Bold & Right Steps can be taken only by those believe 100% in GOD.
However, since the Opening of Maya will occur soon, the Judicial
System will soon be purified.
It is not morale & rationalistic to the
people who are claiming to be believers in Religion (s) and in GOD
(when they say every time that GOD stand for Truth, Duties & Virtues,
and Justice; to ignore Divine Laws. And it is unfair for the people
who claim to be True Believers in GOD, to work and mingle in the
dirty-politics of today. A few religious priests including the
Popes are busy with glorifying/beatifying a certain people, by placing
ladders to Heaven, etc. They
ignore the basic lesson : NOT to intervene into matters decided by
GOD.
One who can serve Supreme
Justice = Perfect Justice, is Supreme Justice. It is the Obligation
of the Creator to serve Equal Justice to all Creatures. Hence the
Creator needs to involve into the Matters of Justice.Since Justice does not end with
Human Courts, NO Human Court should be named as Supreme Court, and
the Judges are divinely obliged to rename the Courts. Please
understand that the Supreme Court is run by the Supreme Justice,
GOD.
[The preposition 'of' must not be
used by governments to relate the country (and courts) until Vedas
reinstated as their Constitution; for e.g. the present set ups must
be renamed as Govt. in India, Govt in Kerala, Highest Court in
India, High Court in Kerala, etc.]. Human beings without Divine Experiences
should never consider themselves as Judges. The Science of Justice
cannot be Perfect in Human Hands. It is a fact experienced by all
People (including the Human Judges) in the different countries on
Earth. GOD, being the Creator is obliged to take care that No Human
Laws/Activities bring Injustice into the Creation & Preservation
(Protection) of the Universe. The Human Failure in Serving Justice
in those factors Handled by him are also to be rectified by GOD. It
is thus established again that GOD alone is the Supreme Justice.
Man should not have
wrong words in regard to the factors handled by GOD. When Human
Beings learn the so vast factors to be cared into for Serving Equal
Justice to all Creatures, he will surrender to GOD, begging NOT to
entrust Human Beings ever with those Factors presently handled by
GOD.
Brief the factors handled by GOD, the
Supreme Justice : In
regard to serving Equal Justice to all Human Beings, To make the
Creation beautiful and meaningful the Creator has to establish the
Birth Qualities, namely Sex difference, Color, Beauty, Body
Structure, Health, Life Period (Age), etc. which cannot be and
should not be done by the parents or the society. (If Birth
Qualities do not differ, we cannot live, the Creatures will
immediately perish. E.g. (1) If all people are to be equally
beautiful, the face shapes/color/height/ weight etc. of all people
should be the same - which would mean that all people on earth would
look like the same, nobody can be distinguished separate. (2) If the
Job tastes of all people are the same, and if all do only one job,
life won't run).
Further, the Creator is obliged to serve Equal
Justice to all Creatures by which only the Creator becomes the
SUPREME JUSTICE.
It
is scientifically proved in the Web site that Judiciary is Superior
to the Ruling System / the King /the Ministers, etc. From the
explanations above, it is also clear that the above statement is not
about the kind of decayed system erroneously called today as
Judiciary.
Status /Structure of Judiciary after Scientific Revolution :
The Remains of the
Right System practised during the Previous Creation Cycle are
available in the Indian History as Puranas.The
Judges in the various Courts in the different countries on Earth
shall first check the Web site and confirm themselves whether
they know the Definitions of Justice, the Divine Justice in
Birth-Qualities, etc. People with Divine Blessings & Experiences
alone should handle the Science of Justice. The Right Judicial System
acts
as Part of the Government.In
regard to Central Government matters, the Ministers conduct
Immediate Enquiry & Decisions. According to the need, the Emperor =
the Prime Minister conducts the same. In regard to State matters,
the Ministers conduct Immediate Enquiry & Decisions. According to
the need, the King = the Chief Minister conducts the same. ..........................
In regard to Panchayath matters, the Members conduct Immediate
Enquiry & Decisions. According to the need, the Panchayath President
conducts the same. The Ministers and other VIPs will have works in
their offices to judge matters/cases in line with the Science of
Duties & Virtues; hence they won't wander here and there
inaugurating shops, bridges, etc. which all will be done by Farmers
who rank first as per Job Importance Order. In general, the cases
will neither have the useless methods of paperwork like Unscientific
Reports/ fraud certificates/witnesses, nor any advocates; and will
be settled mostly in Minutes/Hours or rarely in days. NO ELECTIONS ... The Kingly Rule in accordance
with THE SCIENCE.....with the Advices of the RaajaGuru.
Self-Obligation will be developed/established in all People together
with Scientific Revolution.
THE PRESENT JUDICIAL SYSTEM WILL (HAVE
TO) BE TOTALLY DISSOLVED LIKE THE POLITICAL
SYSTEMS, RELIGIONS, ETC. In
fact the Present Judiciary as well as the Legislature have developed
as CANCERS very before, and it is too late to remove those two
by Scientific Surgery.
IF THE PRESENT
GOVERNMENTS & JUDICIARIES IN THE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES ARE NOT
RECOGNIZING THEIR GIGANTIC ERRORS, they are enlarging their
mistakes/sins. The
Scientific Revolution together with the Opening of Maya (which will
occur soon) will settle everything. Punishments from the Supreme
Justice (MAHAASHAKTHI) are always with Love.

Who is a Judge?
Any People (Man/Woman) with Divine Blessings/ Right Divine
Experiences and/or knowing well the Science of Duties & Virtues
(Dharma Shastram), practising the same in his/her life, and
knowing the basics of Physical Science (Bhouthika Shastram),
Spiritual Science (Aathmeeya Shastram), and the Science of
Magics (Mantra Shastram) is a Judge. Thus a common man may come
into the King's Palace when he finds Scientific Laws disturbed
by the Governmental Rules and act as Judge, superior to the
King/Minister. He must be welcomed and allowed to explain/derive
Dharma Shastram in order to rectify the erroneous laws passed by
the Rulers and/or to punish the Public Servant(s) including the
King/Minister. A Judge is not to be paid for his Services, as he
is paid by the 'Supreme Scientist GOD' for upholding Science.
[E.g. (1) Chanakya, (2) M.K.Gandhi ]. As said in Chapter 7
above, the present men/women in the different Courts in all
parts of the world are in fact a waste /cancer, eating up the
Public Money. They were/are the Evil-products of
Unscientific Political and/or Religious Systems continuing thru
decades/centuries. If they themselves do not vacate the seats
and compensate for the gigantic errors, the Supreme Science of
Justice explained scientifically in Part 1 of
www.omsathyam.com will punish them. The Wrongs
performed by Key Roles carry Key-Punishments, but are always
with Love.
From the Definition of Judge given above, it is very clear that
Science is Great, not the Scientist. Scientist perishes/dies,
but the Science is eternal and it represents GOD. All People
including the Police Force are thus obliged to obey/live
according to Science. [Most People do not know the Real Meaning
of the Proverb: Matha-Pitha-Guru-Daivam
(Mother-Father-Guru/Teacher-God). Generally, People
reach/understand GOD/Science thru Mother, Father and Guru; Once
they understand GOD/Science, they are all obliged to live
according to Science.]
(Before the Resurrection of Vedas, People who can
be called as 'Judges of the Time' involve in Revolutions with
the moderate /better knowledge. They wanted/worked to establish
New System to serve better Justice to People. Hence they were
the 'Real Judges of the Time'. E.g. Cryst, Budha, Chanakyan, M.K.Gandhi,
etc.
The Real Judge(s)/
Revolutionist chalks out the social problems and their
solutions. The people titled as Judges in
the Present Judicial System (mostly) did/could/do not walk with Time to
serve better Justice, hence they are not Judges. The 'Real
Judges of the Time' will evolve, conduct revolution, and
eliminate those 'Unfit to Time'. This is a Divine Law known as
Natural Law. The Present Political Leaders and People in the
Judiciary enjoy the chances to join the Divine/Scientific
Revolution with no loss of time.
It looks, in
most of the cases, the Judiciary of Today may/will face strong
divine punishments. A few examples are given below :
(1) In 1997,
near Kottayam town in Kerala, a wicked man who was continuously
creating disputes with his mother & brothers, was killed at last
by the family. The police & the judiciary were making trials on
the brothers and the mother (who was learnt to be a witness).
The wicked was a drunkard and by profession an advocate. Neither
the police/panchayat/government nor the judiciary took interest
to correct that guy until the murder. The family who brought him
up, LOVED HIM and suffered like anything (and tried to correct
him a lot) enjoy the divine authority to punish him to the
extreme, depending upon the situations prevailed at the
instance. How can the Ruler or the Judiciary start punishing
those innocents who were not assisted (by the ruler & the
judiciary) in the right spirit ?
The ruler & the judiciary are the ones to be punished for
not correcting that/such wicked guy because they were paid for
it. They were/are eating the tax-money collected from
those innocents too. Hence they share the punishment for that
murder, more than that family (in divine terms). Cases
like the above are plenty in every country! The
big and real criminals are punishing the innocents who become
criminals accidentally and because of the big criminals..The
Political Rulers and Judiciary who consider themselves as
Superior to the Common People should learn the 4 Scientific
Divisions of All Jobs on Earth, detailed in Part 4 of this Web
site. (Part 8 of the Old-form of the Website). They as well as the other professionals can find those 4
Divisions as Fully Scientific and so Simple to understand. A
wise study will save many people from accruing further Sins, to
reduce Sins, to do Good, etc.
(2) Will the Judges, Ministers, etc. and
their families (+children) traveling in Cars wear Helmets and
similar things and pass Strict Orders with Big Fine &
Imprisonment for the violators, if the technology as per the
Known Science (the Imperfect Scientists) insist that Helmet be
worn by the People traveling in Cars ? If the Perfect Science
disapproves/opposes such usage of Helmet later, think of the
ridiculous situation faced then by the Judges to rectify their
previous Orders/measures. The so-called Judges in the High Court
in Kerala did severe error re: Helmet. The writer sent many
letters, fax, e-mail, and books to them, but failed!

system so far (after the introduction of Law)? Why couldn't they
stop Smoking? ....... etc etc.

Banning the Usage of Alcohol !
Let us look first into What should
be the Governmental Approach in Manufacture (of Alcohol)?
One should
verify first whether in which category Alcohol can be placed,
i.e. as Food, as Medicine, as Poison, or as something
else. Since it is not created by GOD directly, but produced by
man indirectly (applying the Laws of GOD on Material
Properties), one should be more vigilant in its usage. Man can
use the Medicinal Properties of Alcohol, and it is being done
everywhere. It is not a food. It becomes Poison when it is used
unnecessarily and in excess. Man would lose his Mental Balance -
hence it is not good for health. Its usage is to be avoided
then. No shops should open for Sales. Thus the Production should
be limited for Medical Purposes alone. And the Control of
Production and Distribution of such items should be totally done
by the Government.
Now
let us look into Divine Freedom.
Man has the Freedom to use or not to use it or anything. Here Using comes
only after Production. Man enjoys Freedom to Produce it
(Alcohol). He need not require permission (license) for the same
from governmental authorities. At the same time, the Man/Woman
who produces has NO authority to give or sell it to anybody
else. It
should be for his own consumption, and his consuming it should
not trouble others including his/her family members for which he
should either live alone or go to forests, etc. After drinking
Alcohol, he should not leave his land (property) and keep away
from Work.
The
Government is a body to keep up the Supreme Qualities (of GOD)
needed to Protect a Society (Nation), the Truth, Duties &
Virtues, and Justice. The Government should fulfil their Duties
by recognizing the People who produce Alcohol and or similar
Evil as acting against the Social Requirements (=Will
of GOD), i.e. acting against Truth, Duties & Virtues, and
Justice. The Violators of Truth are Sins of the Society and they
should be kept at distance.
The above Divine Explanations can be executed only by Divine
Rulers/Ministers, Not by Evil-Ministers who argue for
Revenue from Alcohol. A government is a body to fulfil the
Public Requirements of the Society, and Not a body to conduct
manufacture & sale of alcoholic liquors. (The Ministers & Judges
who collect Revenue from Liquors need not hesitate to conduct
their Offices as well as families with Liquors as 1 Main Item of
their Food/Drinks, further they should only promote public to
drink liquors and do jobs.). Oh Children, you are all saving
SIN. The early you correct, the better.

What are the basic qualifications of a Policeman?
It is mentioned in Chapter 1 that the Police including Military rank
the 2nd in the Job-Importance Order. That is, the Police who protect
the People including the King/Minister are above the Rulers
(King/Minister) too. This demands Higher Qualifications for every
Policeman. The word 'Higher' is attached to the Science of Duties &
Virtues (Dharma Shastram) and NOT to the wrong educational systems
prevailing in almost all countries. He must be one who lives
strictly according to Dharma Shastram by which only he can protect
him as well as all the People including King/Minister. His following
Dharma Shastram gives him the boldness to oppose/resist any faction
of people including the King/Minister if they act against Public
and/or Dharma Shastram. He is always prepared to die for upholding
Dharma Shastram. In return, he is the only Public Servant entitled
for Pension and Medical Help. (A King/Government have no authority
to give pensions to public servants except the Police. In accordance
with the Govt's Financial situation, a Ruler shall give Financial
aid to all Poor People in the Country; which should not be erred to
give pensions to public servants. Scientific details are

The Police checks with Love and Responsibility the activities of all
fields of life including that of themselves & the King in accordance
with Dharma Shastram. The society will be at Peace and Harmony then,
for e.g. (1) the students in the country would attend their Studies
only and not go for strikes; (2) the Employees will not go for
strikes; (3) no misuse of Public Funds will be allowed; (4) the
King/Ministers will not be able to pass Wrong Orders like that of
Liquors, Helmet, House Tax, Land Tax, etc. The Police Force will be attached
to the Scientific Panchayaths described in
www.omsathyam.com. The General Body of the Scientific
Panchayaths (People) /Local Kings will only have Powers to
appoint/dismiss any Public Servant including the Police, the Local
King, etc. A man qualified with Dharma Shastram, the
Science of Duties & Virtues, shall join the
Police Force only if it gives him Happiness to work according to Dharma
Shastram. The Police Force should not have even a single policeman
who lives/works not according to Dharma Shastram. The above Set up always
protect All People. The Police, the King, and all People are thus
protected and can be proud then. At this situation, the
Nation/Country/Soil/GOD is proud of the People living in, specially
to the Police. (News media as well as people/leaders should rectify
a big error : Never say the Nation/Country salute People/Military
men, etc. We, the People salute the Nation/Country =GOD).
The main difference in between a King and a Police man is that the
Duties of a King/Minister is to care and coordinate all common
problems/matters of the people, whereas the Duties of a Police man
is to care people individually. When a large group termed Police
Force replaces policeman, then also the Duties of the Police Force
is to ensure individual protection to all people.

The
Supreme Kindness and Love of MahaaShakthi (GOD) gives Complete
Freedom to the Creatures to Do or NOT to Do anything; to Use or
NOT to Use anything with Collective Responsibility. To enjoy
Freedom while leading social life, man need to learn the Science of
Duties and Virtues (Dharma Shastram). It develops Him as a
Master-cum-Slave of Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice which alone
can bring Perfect Happiness as well as Complete/Perfect Freedom to
Him and all other Creatures in the Universe. (The scientific
definitions of Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice are available in
Part 4 of
www.omsathyam.com).
The Governments and Judiciaries are Public Requirements (Not
Necessities) to ensure that All People get the GOD-given Freedom
individually. If such freedom is disturbed, the Protective Fate
described in Part 4 of www.omsathyam.com
will lose its Glory and Man will be compelled to become a Slave of
Bad-Qualities. That is, the Virtues of Duties fail and Unrest
develop in the society. Now almost all the people in the entire
world are immersed in one or many Bad-Qualities. The existence
looked apparently possible only for the mighty/ rich /leaders, etc.
(Less people recognize the Supreme Science of Justice implemented by
GOD). The Scientific Revolution brings back the Freedom.
Who are the People with Less (No) Freedom
today?
The Police, District Collectors, Secretaries to Ministers, etc. are
considered as Highly educated, but they are the People who are
working as Worst SLAVES on Earth, compared to other Masters-cum-Servants
wrongly known/named as Public Servants. There are several people in
those groups who want to stand for Justice, but forced to live as
Slaves due to various reasons. Perhaps many wished suicide better
than obeying the Unscientific/ Evil-laws and orders enacted by Govt, Judges, etc. The People on Strike, namely the different Unions
in Public Offices & Private Industries/Offices, different tradesmen/ labourers, Students, etc.
etc. consider/treat the Police force as their Enemy, they throw
stones...on them. The Protectors of People who rank the 2nd in the
Job-Importance-Order, are named as enemy by Political parties too.
Each political party may give good certificate to Police if Police
become their slaves. The situation is becoming worse day by day.
The present Saluting System in Police/Military
Departments are also NOT scientific. The Personnel in Police
Department, etc. Saluting the Superiors, Ministers, Judges, are part
of the Slavery System established very before. All Public Servants
are obliged to swear in their Offices daily that
in the name of MAHAASHAKTHI, that they will
all perform their duties according to the Science of Duties &
Virtues (Dharma Shastram). Their/Our Salutations must be always to
the Supreme Science / MahaaVedas as they
represent GOD, and not to Scientists/superior officers.

Taxes/Laws to be Scientific
The Science of Duties & Virtues
(Dharma Shastram) allow Ruler/Govt to collect taxes only
Scientifically. Since Air, Water, and Soil are Fundamental
matters, No price/tax to be applied on them. Hence No Land Tax, No
Water Tax, No House Tax, No Sales Tax (VAT), No Service Tax, No
(Customs) Duties, No Patents, No Copy Right Laws, etc. etc
The main income of the government
comes from Income Tax. It is based upon a Wealth Law in the Science of
Duties & Virtues. The Wealth Law is that fundamentally all
Wealth (Land, and Resources) belong to GOD and it is intended for the
well being of All Creatures. Your thinking that a
certain Wealth belongs somebody will be understood as not belonging to
him when he dies. And the Wealth you say as Yours will be understood
by others that it was not belonging to you when you die. When the I or
You or They cannot carry even their body during/after Death, all
People should be very Scientific/Divine towards accumulation/
disposal/ usage of Wealth. It is tougher for a rich man to get into
Heaven than a Camel walking thru the Hole of a small-needle - is a
meaningful proverb. As per the Wealth Law, the King/Ruler needs to
frame the Income Tax Law for the People which is a
very serious matter which will affect many
family/social factors. For e.g. (1) A major share of the (huge) wealth
accumulated by one (rich) man goes to the Public Fund after his death;
his wife & children would get only a minor share; even portions of his
wealth can be transferred to his wife and children during his life
only as per the Science of Duties & Virtues.
Since the parents do not
decide the Sex, Color, Health, Beauty, Age, etc. (Birth
Qualities), it is very clear that GOD is their Real Creator as
well as the Real Protector ; all Parents need to realize that
Relationships are of less importance in Life. Transferring
over-wealth to the children may generate Bad Qualities in the
Children, spoiling their lives/ society as well which would
accumulate Sin for the Parents. Instead of saving money, the
Parents shall care for giving the best education for their
Children so that they will care their parents as well as the
Society/Country which would earn Holiness/Reward for the Parents
(from GOD). The Women (Mothers) who give birth to Children will
have the main/more obligation to nourish their Children with the
Science of Duties & Virtues. (2) Generally a person doing work/
business/ industry can accumulate extra (too much) wealth only
by collecting over-payments in the sale of his products/
workmanship. Should he/she not be punished during life? The
Freedom from the Creator to the Creature does not allow a Ruler
to make unscientific restrictions when a Scientist/Actor demands
more payment for his Services. At the same time, as nobody can
carry even their body during death, the one who saves
unscientific income is only doing bad. It is unfit to elaborate
this topic here, hence concluding. It is the
duty of the Police to assess and collect Income Tax from the
Public.
The present Unscientific
Public institutions like the Courts, PSC, Employment Exchanges,
Various Tax
Departments, Many Sections (staff) in different Departments,
Many Educational institutions, etc. will be fully eliminated
during Scientific Revolution. One of the main reasons for
Bribe is that Virtues of Duty/Work failed, details available in
Part 4 of the website. Banks, Telephone and similar institutions
will be governed more, their services will be made better &
cheaper, they won't be allowed to cheat the Public (as they do
today). More than 90% of the paper works in the offices will be
eliminated, more than a three-fourth (3/4) of the Present
Employees in Government Sector erroneously known as Public Servants
will lose their Jobs. The Real Intellectuals who love People
know that raising & spending Public Fund for 'Paper-work related
Jobs' will only ruin a society/nation. All Jobs must be
(basically intended) to create products out of the soil/earth,
e.g. computer, ship, etc.
The sentences in
this Paragraph should be understood as the features relating all
people on earth, and not to a few lakhs of Public Servants in Kerala/India. It
is NOT the Duty of any Government to find jobs for the people in
the country. The Government is for fulfilling the Common
Requirements of the People in the Society/Nation. The Bad
Elements in the Governments managed to penetrate into matters
like finding Job for the Unemployed, Pensions for Unemployed &
employees, etc. The Birth-Qualities, namely differences in
Wisdom, Color, Sex, Beauty, Health, Job-Taste, Hobby-Taste, etc.
are established by GOD to suit the People to secure/do Jobs of
their Taste. The Scientific Revolution will give Equal Respect
and Equal Payments to All Jobs. Those who work hard and earn
more will have full freedom. It is unfit to elaborate this topic
here, hence concluding.
When life is not permanent, how can a
job be permanent?
Will a govt employee or any person who calls
for the services of a Carpenter or Mason or Labourer for 10 days/
weeks/ months/years give permanent job to that Carpenter or Mason?
Is it possible? What for? The same applies to the services in the
government too. One or many people being employed for some Public
(Governmental) Job do not give them any claim for permanency. When
the Job is over, the employee is to be terminated. If the Government is
wealthy, it can/may give money support to the people in need, but in
accordance with DharmaShastram as it is the Public Fund which is NOT
to be spent unscientifically (by the ruler/govt.). The Union leaders
and people known as public servants, etc. may try to understand the
Features of the Scientific Revolution. May GOD Bless them to learn
the Supreme Science of Justice detailed in Part 4 of the website.
Think how irresponsible the govt, their employees, the union
leaders, religious and/or political leaders, the so-called
intellectuals, judges, etc were when they spent several thousand
crores of rupees annually for Alcoholic Liquors in Kerala alone....
endangering the lives of lakhs of people. How many industries could
have been built up with such and similar money, ..... creating even
vacancies (for employment).

Gandhian & Scientific Non-Cooperation by People, especially Police
The words
'Non-cooperation' bear a Mechanical look due to its affiliation to
the Factors (of Justice) handled by Human beings described in
Chapter 8 before. Quote: 'The
General Social/Political Administration Matters, Agriculture,
Industry, Commerce, Education, Technology, Research, Transport,
Job/Profession, Hobbies, Worship, Pilgrimage, etc. are the selective
factors entrusted to Human Beings as to make him fully free in his
life and not feel as a Slave. Those selective factors are actually
simple when compared to the factors handled by GOD.' Unquote: Hence
Revolutions in the above factors do exhibit a mechanical
form. Judges of the Time, like M.K.Gandhi, lead Revolutions to reinstate/establish Justice.
As
said in Chapter 1, People can be Happy only if all
People carry out their Duties in accordance with Science. The Rulers
and the Judges, etc. are to be obeyed only if their orders are
Scientific. M.K.Gandhi called for (conducted) Non-Cooperation
to resist as the Rulers acted against Dharma Shastram. His
autobiography clearly states that he cared the approval only from
GOD/Science. The general public also approved the actions thru Him.
We see his photographs placed in the Public Offices, above the
chairs of Judges, Ministers, etc. as a mark of honour. If the
present Judges and Ministers do not approve Non-cooperation against
Unscientific Rules of today too, they are in fact mocking him as
well as his photographs! Since he is not alive, their mocking the
Science of Duties & Virtues revealed to Him (by GOD) develop as
Direct and Indirect Mocking at GOD.
The People,
especially the Police are obliged with Love and Responsibility that
Theory (Law) and its Practical Application match in all fields of
life including that of themselves & the King. Unscientific
Laws/Orders are to be Disobeyed as M.K.Gandhi did. GOD blessed
him as a Universal
citizen, and he fought against many Unscientific Laws and Activities
prevailed in S.Africa and India. Any great men might wonder of his
achievements and activities. He was/is a genius of geniuses.
However, his mission was not for a Universal Scientific Revolution;
he worked as a common man not knowing about any mission GOD placed
upon him, doing everything as per the Science of Duties & Virtues
revealed to him (by GOD) thru many ways. His activities were basically Not against
Religions.
The Scientific
Revolution is very different compared to other Revolutions including
Gandhism. The Scientific Revolution is to rectify all evils in all
branches of Science, namely the Known Physical Science, the
Religions (which are in fact only parts of Spiritual Science), and
the wrong applications of the underdeveloped sciences in the
Universe; to develop a Happy Life to all People, who also worship
only one/scientific GOD. The Basics of the Complete Physical Science
including the Creational Secrets in Physical & Spiritual Sciences,
as well as the Perfect Solutions to all Problems in the Universe are
available in the website. For example (1) the
Spiritual activities of Oxygen & Hydrogen, (2) the only one &
perfect solution to Ayodhya, Terrorism, Palestine-Israel, etc.
Herein the Scientist is being informed about
the Mission (by GOD). He fully knows about the Victory (of the
Scientific Revolution). The Divine Blessings and Experiences
together with the Completed form of Science want him to rename the
Revolution as Divine Revolution. Since Scientific means Divine, the
revolution can be called either Divine or Scientific Revolution.

Holiness/Reward (from GOD) as per Protective Fate. Those who (try to) oppose it will be punished
scientifically, that is Punishment with Love.

Non-Cooperation : Police, Civil Officers, etc to Protect the Rights
of the Public by verifying the Science of Duties & Virtues
As said before, all People are obliged to
carry out their Duties in accordance with Science; to obey
Science. The Police, Civil Officers, etc are obliged to verify the
Orders from Ministers, Judges, etc. and cooperate only if they are
Scientific. They should not continue to work as SLAVES on Earth, but to
work as Protectors of the Public including themselves. The Police
Officers, District Collectors, Secretaries to Ministers, etc. may
unite and work as per Dharma Shastram like the Teacher Chanakya and
his students in Indian History. Keep in mind that they are doing
primarily for them. Don't attend the Unscientific Judges in
the Unscientific Courts and prove yourselves as Divine/
Scientific / Real Gandhian. Let the Ministers realize their huge
wrongs/errors and confess to the Supreme Justice (GOD), and
start rectifying the different fields of life.
Keep in mind that
your actions must be always scientific, and not to be used to
create anarchy in the State.
You are born by Science (GOD), live by Science hence live for
Science; die by Science hence die for Science (GOD).
Furthermore, please be informed that GOD is the Real Protector of
the Universe including Creatures as well as of the Supreme
Science.
CONCLUSION
All People
including the common people, rulers (king/ministers), judges,
political leaders, various religious leaders/priests, police
officers (IPS), civil officers (IAS), teachers, and other
intellectuals, etc. enjoy the Divine Freedom to participate or not
to participate; (try) to harm or not to harm; to lead or not to
lead the Scientific Revolution.
At the same
time, they may all think a little while (1) of the future of their
& next generations when the problems in the world continue as to
reach a total collapse soon, (2) their contribution, (3) and of
solutions. Do you think/believe (with substance / scientifically) that any
political party or religion or any new system can establish
peaceful life in the world?
The Police force including the
Military as well as other Rulers-cum-Public Servants shall please
be informed that the Divine / Scientific Revolution detailed in this
Part
is only partly aimed in their Willing-participation; and the
Divine / Scientific
Revolution will effect peacefully.
No
human hands can solve the above mentioned social disorders
prevailing all over the world, without the Presence of GOD (Opening
of Maya). Many people are wondering
and/or worrying for GOD not taking visible/ noticeable measures
against the Evils in their country or in all countries on Earth. The
blessed believers know that GOD who created (creates) this vast
Universe do control everything in the right order. The appearance of
GOD is actually not in delay. GOD has set appropriate time for every
GODLY action. And NOW it is time for the Opening of Maya = the
Appearance of GOD & for the Divine/Scientific/Vedic Revolution. GOD takes the Right
/Perfect Steps to set right the Social Disorders, in accordance
