8.2    DIVINE / SCIENTIFIC SOLUTIONS  / FUNDAMENTALS in Law Making / Preparation

The Political Science coordinates the many sub-branches of the 2nd MahaaVedam, the Supreme Science of Duties & Virtues.
The Political Science rests in the hands of the King, Ministers, RaajaGuru, and Gurus (Teachers), Scientists, and Blessed Persons.

What are the main features of Political Science ?
(1)    It is the special feature for Political Science that though it is only one of the many sub-branches of the 2nd Main Branch of Theology, i.e. Dharma Shastram, it co-ordinates all the 4 Major branches and their Sub-branches of the SUPREME SCIENCE.
The above statement would find its practical application when the political ruler, co-ordinates or rules all the people in the country, except the RaajaGuru (Judiciary). It supports Research & Development in all branches of SCIENCE.
   (2)    It is to assure the people "Protection" for their Life & Wealth as much as possible from the Sin-dominated people, animals, natural calamities, enemies, etc.
    (3)    It should bring complete freedom to each and every individual in the Society, based upon the Supreme Qualities (of God) needed for Preservation, the Truth, the Duties & Virtues, and the Justice.
    (4)    It is to solve the general problems and requirements of the people.
 (5)    It is to bring the Society in an order.
(6)    It is to unite all the People in the World.  Lands on this Earth are geographically divided (by God) by means of oceans, mountains, hills, rivers, and forests to allow the formation of separate nations to promote the living standards of people, harmonizing Unity in Diversity and to facilitate the Divine Justice.  All People in the different nations are basically People on the one earth (created by the one God) and are obliged to love each other.
    (7)    It should give the Right Education to People about MahaaVedas and make people fear only GOD. People should not be put to fear the King. The King and the like are only Servants of People, and it should also be taught.

The Authority of the King does not include Ruling the Forests.
Countrymen also should not penetrate into Forests unless for living there with the resources available in the forests. The Authority of the King on Rivers & Seas are also limited as to protect his countrymen. 
The features regarding Forests, Rivers, Seas, and Mountains
will be detailed later, if GOD wills.

In line with the above Features, the Political Administration in a Country is to be established. On scrutiny, we will find that there were such Rule in India before many hundreds of years. They were mainly the Kingdoms in the Past Creation Cycle.
To know whether the above said main features of Political Science are met in a Nation, we only need to compare the Divine Laws & the Human Laws on each and every subject. We should confirm first that The Divine Laws and the Human Laws are to be
one and the same. GOD need to establish the Science of Duties & Virtues (Dharma Shastram) for the People to follow with.
If we believe that GOD did not make Dharma Shastram (the Science of Duties & Virtues - to be followed by man individually and collectively), it would mean that GOD do not attend / care the lives and lifestyles of human & other beings and allowed all beings to live somehow or at their choices. Hence it is quite simple to understand that GOD establish (ed)  Dharma Shastram 
to effect judgements on the deeds of the Creatures.

Man can follow the " Divine Laws and the Human Laws" at a time, only if they are One and the Same.
Since all people including the Human Judges, and the Rulers are created by God, everybody should obey the Divine Laws. Those who violate it will have to receive due punishment from the Supreme Justice (GOD).

The Divine Political System is ever correct because it would stand ever perfect and unique notwithstanding the various factors dealt with the society such as variation in population, development in the various branches of Science, the employment (job), the hobbies, the duties and responsibilities, the change of time, etc. etc.
        In other words the Divine Political System is basically suitable for the smallest society comprising One man & One woman to the biggest society where in the population comprise all the people on Earth, or infinite.

  PREPARATION  

The Science of Duties & Virtues (Dharma Shastram) are for beautifying & maintaining the Universe (inclusive of Creatures). The King or the Minister should derive or filter the laws in Dharma Shastram to meet the problems and requirements of the people, such that it matches with the Physical Science and the Spiritual Science to effect Preservation/ Protection. 

Deep concentration & Divine blessings should be solicited by the Minister/ King/ RaajaGuru to obtain the right derivations and explanations of the basic laws available in Daiva Shastram. For instance when we make a Law to control (the usage of) a thing, the Physical qualities of the thing should be understood. Then we should find the intention of the Creator in Creating that particular thing with those qualities i.e. in how many ways that thing would help the people acquire happiness. A skeleton of a Law to be placed in Dharma Shastram is getting ready now without Blood.  It should be verified then whether our proposed law would match with the various branches of Dharma Shastram, viz. Qualities of Virtue, Economics, Rationalism, etc.  That is  we need to link the Physical Science with the Science of Duties and Virtues. The Dharma Shastram (the Science of Duties & Virtues) supply Blood to the above Law. In other words we verify whether the ‘Dharmam’ (Duty) of that thing (established by the Creator) is preserved by us too! As was said before, the Omnipotence of God make everything to have positive & negative qualities. The laws of Preservation make us to apply Virtues & Justice on the thing/ anything which in turn makes man to have  free will.  

THE DIVINE LAW MAKING OR THE INVENTION  OF LAWS ON DHARMA SHASTRAM IS TO BE CONDUCTED  JUST  LIKE THE RESEARCH IN  PHYSICAL SCIENCE. THE TRUE THEOLOGIST WOULD SUCCEED  IN GETTING REVEALED THE PERFECT DIVINE LAW.
The Laws of Samharam (Destruction) remind us that God did create Laws to contain or to absorb each and every law on all subjects, matters and creatures. The Divine Justice matters here.

The Human judgements possible with false witnesses find no places in the Divine Justice.

Cryst said  'It is tougher for a rich man to get into Heaven than a Camel walking thru the Hole of a small-needle'
If the so-called Christians do not live according to the Meaning of the above sentence, how can they all be Christians ?!
The Cryst has briefed the following Wealth Law from GOD, but he had/has NO or almost no believers.
The Wealth Law is that fundamentally all Wealth (Land, and Resources) belong to GOD
 and it is intended for the well being of All Creatures.
Your thinking that a certain Wealth belongs somebody will be understood as not belonging to him when he dies. And the Wealth you say as Yours will be understood by others that it was not belonging to you when you die. When the I or You or They cannot carry even their body during/after Death, all People should be very Scientific/Divine towards accumulation/ disposal/ usage of Wealth.
As per the Wealth Law, the King/Ruler needs to frame the Income Tax Law for the People which is a very serious matter which will affect many family/social factors. For example, A major share of the (huge) wealth accumulated by one (rich) man goes to the Public Fund after his death; his wife and children would get only a minor share; even portions of his wealth can be transferred to his wife and children during his life only as per  the Science of Duties & Virtues. Explanations of the subject is unnecessary in this page.. 
One learning the Supreme Science of Justice handled by GOD would understand how GOD would Protect Justice if human beings fail to protect the Wealth laws briefed by Cryst.
