This topic
has recently given many shocks to the Indian Government. The
Opposition Parties tried a lot to make the Ruling Party (ies) to
resign. The Parliament was not allowed to operate many days by the
continued interruptions of the Opposition Parties, mainly the
Congress Party. Many Millions of Money, Energy, Materials (Newspaper
/Radio /Television, Vehicles, Fuel, etc. etc. wasted basically
because of a few Media men developing a Fabricated Defence Story
with Bribe connections.
Question:
What does Theology tell about
Corruptions in Rulers?
Answer:
The Topic is to be answered by the 2nd Main Branch of
Theology, the Dharma Shastram /the Science of Duties & Virtues.
In Dharma Shastram, we find its sub-branch Political Science.
Political
Science asks the King (Ruler) to check his administration/
assistants/ ministers, etc. It is the duty of the King (= Prime
Minister, for instance) to appoint spies/ detectives (intellectuals)
to check the Qualities of his Ministers. The Ministers appoint
spies/ detectives (intellectuals) to check the Qualities of
his subordinates. Further, the King roam around the country in
disguise to understand the problems of the people and to
evaluate the functioning of the various offices, etc. And the
RaajaGuru watches the King with his Open Eyes as well as through his
Divine Eyes. These are all for bettering the Quality of
Administration. In Parliamentary Democracy, the Judiciary
& President are to act as the RaajaGuru, and the CBI's etc. act
as the Spies.
Question: What does Theology tell about
the activity of Tehelka.com?
Answer: (1) If an establishment in a country troubles the
Footing of the Kingdom or Rule of a Country, that Establishment must
be able (a) to replace the Kingdom or Govt. or (b) at least
point out somebody else who can provide a better Government.
So far as the Tehelka fail in (a), they or such establishments
should be punished. Since all the Political Parties in India are
decaying bodies whose Date of Expiry passed decades before, a
Tehelka fails in (b) too.
(2) When the
Tehelka.com is not authorized to check the functioning of the
Rulers/Ministers, their motive should be known. This is because
everybody has the Divine Freedom 'to Think, Talk and Do' in all
matters including the social/national/divine matters, limited to the
Qualities of God, namely Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice.
Since Tehelka.com did 'their kind of activity' all on a sudden,
shaking even the government, it is very serious.
If
Tehelka.com could prove their Activity/Motives were as per Dharma Shastram (Laws of the Universe),
they cannot/should not be punished. Since their activity looked as
if they intended to overthrow the present rulers, the reasons for
their activity should also bring truths in such range. That is, if
the present MahaRaaja (the Prime Minister) betrayed the Nation so
seriously that he be removed, and in matters equivalent to that, the
Tehelka.com, etc. could act as was done by them. Otherwise they
don't enjoy such freedom.
They were supposed to present their proofs also together with their
investigations/activities. Since they did not submit such proofs to
the Hon'ble Courts in India, they deserve (d) severe punishment. The
RaajaGuru - the hon'ble President & the hon'ble Judiciary were
supposed to take actions on their own against such Tehelka.coms,
against the Criminals released by them, and against the Political
Party Leaders, etc. who tried to overthrow the Government bringing
instability and loss of national wealth etc.
However, Severely Punishing Media
Men like Tehelka.com are NOT right in the present situation
prevailing in country like India, because Media Men are doing
nowadays very serious tasks which were supposed to have been done by
RaajaGuru, Police Dept., etc. And they do such services to the Ruler
at Free of Cost. As per Dharma Shastram, RaajaGuru does Free
Services to the King/Raja, but neither RaajaGuru pay Public Taxes
nor the Raaja collect any Taxes from the RaajaGuru.
The out-of-job-tasks were taken up
by the Media Men on their own during the Course of Time, and the
Rulers did not recognize/realize that the Media Men were carrying
out jobs which had to be done by the Public Administration Offices,
like the Detective Wings in the Police Dept. In fact, when they
carry out such jobs (as if they are assigned), they should be paid
for those Extra Tasks.
The Media Men later took such jobs as part of their Duties and they
started to compete in between and now they reached a position such
that they would publish today the proposed Secret Operations of the
Police Department planned to be conducted tomorrow or next week,
enabling the culprits to escape easily! The Tehelka.com went little
further - they did monkey-game with Ministers and other responsible
persons.
They consider (ed) little about the
people and the Rulers. To shame the Ruler / RaajaGuru/ Media men /

In India, Bribe stories are not new. The whole administration set-up
is immersed in Bribes & Corruptions, and it is increasing day by day
after the so-called Independence from Foreign Rule, i.e. for more
than 5 decades. Every Political Party in India (and in every
country) have proved many times that one is cleverer than the other
in Bribes and similar Corruptions. Who does not know all this?
People (in general) have
even reached the level of enjoying such stories/events like reading
detective stories/novels.
Then Who is this Tehelka.com to
bring some new story? For what? To shake/ overthrow the
Government of India? To blackmail BJP? To work for Congress and its
allies? To act for the Enemies of Indian Govt.? What is the
motive of Tehelka.com? Producing News and Shaking or Overthrowing a
Government - the Government of a very Big Country with immense
serious problems (compared to the bribe story) should NOT
be treated as so small.
Otherwise, the Opposition Parties
should have shown the Maturity NOT to support such Tehelka.coms.
When such News come out, the respective Personalities should be
prosecuted, NOT the government. A Government should not suffer
seriously from such stories. If suffers, not only the Stability, but
the Dignity and Prosperity of the Country get affected (as was/is
experienced many times before and now by Tehelka com. No
Opposition/Political Parties should join for such instability, and
those who act against the Government in such situations can be
considered only as Enemies of the People and the Country.
Finally, Public Fund gets further wasted for Enquiry Commissions/
Investigations! In addition to the Disputes and the continued
interruptions in the Parliament for many days and the wastage
or misuse of very large amounts of Money, Energy, Materials
(Newspaper /Radio /Television, Vehicles, Fuel, etc. etc., the
government ordered for finding out (?)??? Such nonsense should
be immediately ended for national welfare. In Example 3

man's work is done by 25 or more men. The readers may combine it
