The Pension Schemes are GOOD, but
should be established only as per Dharma Shastram,
NOT at the will
of the ruler or of the workers.
The ruler should understand that he has NO authority to spend the
Public Fund without the Consent of the Public whereas the Consent of
the Public is not possible due to the differences in Birth-Qualities
as in Part 6 of this Website necessitating to look into the
True Theology wherein he will definitely find the Fundamental Laws
of Dharma Shastram. If at all explanations are not available, it is
only simple to derive them from the Fundamental Laws as explained
before or in the above mentioned Books.
(1) Pensions should be
limited to those who require financial support to meet their
necessities of life.
(2) The allocation of
Pensions should matter with those people who need financial support
from the ruler, and NOT to matter with the place of their work, i.e.
the public sector, private sector, self-employment, business, etc. ,
and further it should not matter with the kind of jobs done by the
worker, viz. doctor, peon, farmer, etc.
A
ruler is obliged to give equal rights & services to all people.
The ruler should give pension to an employee retired from the
Private Sector or any Sector, the pension amount equal to the amount
he gives to the retired public servant. The ruler may collect
funds from the Owner (s) of the Private Sector Firms if they are
really rich enough, and that criterion should not appear in the
ruler's disbursement of pension. It is the Duty of the Ruler to
bring prosperity to every people, and as part of his Duty, he gives
financial support to the people who are really in need of it.
In
short, Pension Schemes are to be transformed as a
GENERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
PROJECT
to all OLD, to all physically & mentally unhealthy people, to
all handicapped people, and to all other people who deserve support
due to extra-ordinary reasons, if
they require it. However
an immediate change is not possible in this matter. After the
Opening of Maya, People do fear to even touch undeserved/ public
money.
The present rulers on earth, e.g.
the Government of India, are very keen to increase the pensions for
the so-called representatives of the people, viz. MP, MLA, and they
are eager to establish pensions for those who could complete 1 or 2
years of political services + Wrestling in the Parliament and
Assemblies!
Very
rich & lavish people who retired from government service are
today receiving very high amounts as pension from the public funds,
when many common people struggle very hard to pass days, or die out
of their incapability to buy medicines for their diseases, etc.
Why should the rulers NOT give
similar pensions to all people who feed them?
Remember: Worthless &
Non-Divine Pension Schemes are neither Productive nor
justifiable. They will never develop the Society/ Nation. The ruler
should first increase the resources in the country by retrenching
unwanted staff, modifying pensions, etc.
All people could enjoy then.
It should be understood that
the GOVERNMENT has no Obligation to give employments to all Youths
/People in the Country.
GOVERNMENT should establish Industries, etc.
The Ego or Misunderstanding
of Status-Quo in Employments should be thrown away.
All Jobs are Equal. Only one Job - the Farmer is placed as Top
by GOD.
All People are given chances to do all Jobs through different
Births. Those lessons proved scientifically in Part 6 shall be
learnt.
Learn the Cleaning Jobs done by M.K.Gandhi who is placed by GOD as
Top on Earth. How many of the Leaders or Youths have done such jobs?
