The ruler is allowed to collect taxes
from the public only in accordance with Dharma Shastram. The
various services rendered by the ruler, his nominal expenses, the
reserves required for the country, etc. should match with the public
funds accumulated by him.

Nowadays,
most of the rulers all over the world are collecting taxes
from the people without justifications, as if the people are
created by the political rulers!
People are not asked, their
opinion not counted, .....they miss their free will.
The ignorant /wicked
politician should learn that the Creator (GOD) alone has the
right to do anything at Free Will.

Income
Tax, Central Sales Tax, State Sales Tax, Service Tax, Luxury Tax,
Tax for Tax, Bribes for Tax ... are some of the Taxes through which
several Royal Thieves and Robbers from the Ministry steal millions
of Money from Public Fund. The following are to be strictly
maintained while Taxes are framed:
1. No Tax or
Service Fee should be charged (to the people) for the Services
related with the Fundamentals, viz. Air, Water and Soil (Land)/Food
& the Necessities, viz. Food, Clothes and Shelter (House).
2. The
administrative expenses should be properly controlled so as to avoid
misuse of public fund.
3. A Central
Government should not collect taxes directly from the people. The
States or Unions should collect taxes from the public and give a
share of it to the Central Government. Such share shall tally with
the Services rendered by the Centre. Once the real GRAMA SWARAJ is
established, the GRAMAMS would collect taxes from the people, give
their Share to the States, and the States to Centre. The duties and
responsibilities of the Gramam, States, and Central Govt. would
differ in structure, and the formation of the State & Central
Governments are to make a strong country, allowing the people to
travel & work (etc.) through out the country as well as to
travel, work (etc.) in other countries.
4. The ruler should always remember why should a
man/ public pay tax to the ruler. The ruler should not dance upon
other's money (sweat/blood). The profession RULER/ KING should be
considered as a position to acquire too much Holiness.
