(1) Besides taking up the HELMET ISSUE, in 1999,
(2) Mr. Badsha = THE EXPECTED had sent letters/requests to the High Courts in Kerala, in New Delhi,  President, Prime Minister, Newspapers, etc. by Post & E-mail, on 22 August 2003.
(3) Sent Reminders to the High Court in Kerala on 28.08.2003 by E-mail.
(4) Since those attempts failed, issued the following Divine Order No.1 on 29.08.2003, 
sent it by a Courier on the same day and (5) by E-mail on 30.08.2003

However, desired fruits not received.
 Divine Order issued by the SIVA-Designate has failed temporarily.

A copy of the Divine Request-cum-Order No.2 issued to the Government of/in India was sent to the High Court in Kerala, by E-mail on 06.09.2003, after  publishing what is mentioned in the above paragraph.
Reminders by E-mail sent on 08.09.2003, 12.09.2003 & 17.09.2003.

PEOPLE  COMPELLED  TO  WASTE  MONEY  FOR  HELMETS  BY  JUDICIAL SINS  IS  HIGHLY  PAINFUL....
FREEDOM  GIVEN TO  THE  CREATURES  BY  THE  CREATOR  IS  HURT.
