If not Divine,
should the Government allow Bandhs, Harthals and similar affairs ?
A government allowing Devilish Affairs is a Devilish Government. The
Bandhs & Harthals prove that there is NO government or Real Courts
in India.
VIRTUES
MUST BE UNDERSTOOD BEFORE DUTY. NO DUTY SHOULD BE DONE WITHOUT VIRTUES.
ANY DUTY OR WORK WILL FAIL INSTANTLY OR IN THE LONG RUN IF IT IS WITHOUT
VIRTUES.
Here is the failure of many political and/or economic -isms.
PATH should be RIGHT. Don't try to win (AIM). LET AIM BE AWARDED
WITH /BY GOD.
BELIEVE IN GOD. BELIEVE THAT GOD, THE
SUPREME JUSTICE, SERVES SUPREME JUSTICE TO ALL CREATURES.

Blessings of MAHAASHAKTHI. GOD blessed / bless him.

The Supreme Kindness and

THE HUMAN GOVERNMENTS AND JUDICIARIES SHOULD TAKE CARE ALWAYS THAT
THE DIVINE FREEDOM TO DO OR NOT TO DO ANYTHING;
AND TO USE OR NOT TO USE ANYTHING; GIVEN TO THE CREATURE BY
THE CREATOR
NEVER DISTURBED.. If the freedom is
disturbed, the Protective Fate described in Part 6 of the Web site
www.omsathyam.com will lose its Glory and
Man will be compelled to become a Slave. It is not Divine.
Like GOD, man should
prefer to become a Slave of Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice.
While All People enjoy the
Divinely obtained Freedom to do or not to do anything, the restrictions
according to Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice, limit all men NOT
to trouble the Divine Freedom of Others to do or not to do anything. That is, no political parties, etc. are allowed to disturb people who
want to work, travel, etc. etc. The people becoming slaves of political leaders may work or not
work, but don't trouble others.
The Government and the Judiciary are obliged to safeguard to the above.
If they fail to comply with, they should better leave the positions.
However, it is not fair to accuse the people who work in the Government
and the Judiciary for a few years for all errors/Wrongs because the
Wrongs in the Society developed through decades, centuries, etc. At the
same time, when matters are scientifically clarified, they must take
care that Wrongs not repeated in the future.
The Political leaders who order for Bandhs, Harthals,
etc. do know that the majority of people are against Bandhs, Harthals,
etc.
It is unnecessary to explain here about the Losses and Difficulties
encountered by People out of the Bandhs, Harthals, etc.
Now let me conclude the subject
after point out a vital nonsense in the Indian Judiciary.
A few years before, the High Court in Kerala made a Judgement (applauded
by most of the common people in Kerala) that Bandhs are against the
Constitution followed by the Government in India; hence Bandhs BARRED.
The political leaders as well as the then government, etc. who do not
love the public appealed to the Highest Court in India, erroneously
named as the Supreme Court. They seconded the High Court Verdict. The
Painful Joke is that the Supreme Court verdict which supported the High
Court Verdict referring to the Constitution followed by the Government
in India; was found only for Kerala and NOT applicable to other States
in India. The so called Supreme Court also keeps mum when Bandhs, etc.
are conducted in other States. What a Shame! Nonsense!
Further, it is simple to
understand that Naming is of less value and when the Dirty Political
People maliciously include the activities they perform in Bandhs to the
Harthals, they must be Severely punished for mocking Judiciary as well
as Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice.
The Supreme Court is run by
the Supreme Justice (GOD).
No Human Courts should be named as Supreme Court (s).

about the Punishments from GOD for avoiding and/or negating the People
who ask / request / order a King/Government (+Court) using the words
"In the name of GOD", and/or "According to Science
(Theology)".
Please be reminded that GOD,
the Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent who creates (d) and protects
this vast Universe decides how all matters should develop. The Devilish
people who builds up Obstructions in Divine Projects will never win in
their attempts; but Save Severe Sins.
Hence All People are kindly requested NOT to stand against Godly
matters, but work according to Truth, Duties & Justice and Pray
& Praise GOD who creates & protects this Universe.
