PUBLIC INTEREST PETITION
most humbly submitted by P.K.M. Badsha, Shah Bhavan, Kottamukal Jn., Adoor P.O.,
Pathanamthitta District, Kerala State
SUB: INSISTING THE TWO WHEELER TRAVELERS
TO USE HELMET IS
AGAINST DIVINE LAW.... IT VIOLATES THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
OF MAN...KINDLY UPHOLD THE DIVINE LAW
Preface:- Whereas almost all (100%) people on earth are God-believers (though it is through many religions), whereas all the respected Judges of the honorable Court or the majority believe in God, whereas the respected Judges swear in the name of God while taking their offices, introducing myself as a theologist/Divine Scientist & God's Slave, I humbly point out the contempt of God brought in by the hon'ble High Court vide "their social law-explanation and order in regard to the Two Wheeler Helmet issue", and most humbly request the hon'ble High Court to kindly take necessary amendments after due study.

SUBJECT - EXPLANATIONS |
Explanations according to the Physical Science, The Science of Duties & Virtues (Dharma Shastram) and the Science of Justice are very briefly given herein under.
1. ACCORDING TO PHYSICAL SCIENCE (BHOUTHIKA SHASTRAM)
The Creator cannot be called Omnipotent (MahaaShakthi) if the matters in the Universe are not created with both merits and demerits. Otherwise one could say that the Creator has only limited powers that is able to create either (limited) merits or demerits only. The items like Helmet, axe, pistol, etc. which are made (by man) out of the substances in the Universe also have both the merits and demerits as they are also made out of the Laws of the Universe, in other words the Divine Laws.
2. ACCORDING TO THE SCIENCE OF DUTIES & VIRTUES (DHARMA SHASTRAM)
The research & development in Science and Technology, the increase in living facilities and the growth in population move along with TIME, and products like Helmet, pistol, bomb, aero plane, computer, etc. are turned out. If the laws made (by the political rulers/government) for the production and usage of those products hurt the goodness of the Laws of the Universe (Divine Laws), it would mean that the human rulers act against the Will of God. It defys (defies) God. It is sin.
The Government is obliged to encourage research and development in Science & Technology but don't possess the rights and powers to insist people to use the products out of the scientific development, the Helmet, pistol, computers, etc. At the same time they are obliged to inform the people of the merits and demerits of the products (like helmet) as well as their opinion/ stance on the subject.
In regard to the industrial production of helmet, the government should first learn the merits and demerits from the scientists and if believes it usage good, then only manufacturing licence (right/power) be given to industrialists. And if the government does not believe its usage good, no industrialists should be permitted to manufacture it. (All matters including that of Liquor are to be analyzed and decided in this way according to the Science of Duties & Virtues). If the government considers that the usage of Helmet is good for men in certain fields like the military, the government shall permit the industrialists for limited manufacture.
[The merits and demerits of helmet had been matters of detailed discussions in the newspapers etc. for months. The hon'ble Court might have already considered it. Hence the merits and demerits of helmet are not repeated in this petition].
In regard to the usage of helmet according to the Science of Duties & Virtues, the stance of the government should be the following.
As per the God-given freedom, people should have the right to buy it and not to buy it, to use it and not to use it. Except for the three fundamental requirements Air, Water, and Soil and the three necessities of man, Food, Cloth and Shelter, the government has no divine authority to compel the people to use anything. If the government act in opposite, it is defiance of God. It is destroyal of human rights. It is sin.
If the govt. considers the usage of helmet good, they can insist the usage of helmet in government offices during office hours. For example: a police officer or a KSEB Engineer having his duty time from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. can be compelled to use helmets during this time for his outdoor two-wheeler driving. But for coming to office for joining duty and for returning home after duties, like everybody, he should have the God-given personal freedom to use and not to use the helmet.
3. ACCORDING TO THE SCIENCE OF JUSTICE
Excepting the Dharma (the Purpose of Creation) the analysis acc. to the Science of Justice of everything in this Universe, including that of helmet, is mainly and briefly to be based upon four factors, namely, (1) Mere condition, (2) the condition as per the Physical Science and Spiritual Science, (3) the Constitutional condition followed by the Nation and (4) the condition as per Divine Justice. The safety executed or offered by helmets is applied in the above conditions as described hereunder:-
(1) Mere Condition and Helmet Safety
Considering accidents, accidental deaths, normal deaths and happenings in life
as just Human (Physical) Phenomena which have no relations with God, is totally
absurd and defiance of God.
(2) The condition as per Physical Science & Spiritual
Science and Helmet Safety
The omnipotence and illimitable establishment of God are well disclosed in all
matters of the Universe and in all human life happenings (including death).
Every creature could be offered death in any/every way or boundless ways. If we
try to look through the Spiritual Mirror, the boundless ways for human deaths or
destruction established or executed by the omnipotent God.... Earthquakes,
flood, storm, lightning, volcanoes, fire, war, violence, murders, death
punishments, machine break-up, electrical short-circuits, animal attack,
suicides, deaths occurring after years-long hellish suffering & paralysis,
happy deaths, diseases including heart-attack, vehicle accidents, Aero plane
-ship -train -boat -bus -car -lorry -auto rickshaw -horse car -motor cycle
-cycle, etc. .... we would realize how much foolish it would be to insist the
use of helmet. It would further make it clear that such insisting laws are
defiance of God.
(3) The Constitutional condition followed by the Nation
In the explanation according to the Science of Duties & Virtues given above,
the need for upholding and preserving the personal freedom given to man by God
(the Supreme Creator & Protector) was described. It
would be defiance of God if the laws made by the Legislative Councils in the
Nation hurt or neglect the God-given personal freedom to be enjoyed by man.
Everybody who is sure about his/her death one-day is divinely and by self,
obliged not to take part directly or indirectly in the making of Laws which are
in defiance of God (anti-God). Furthermore one is obliged to act against or
resist such God-defying Laws with as much power as one could. Through
this Public Interest Petition, I perform the same, i.e. my divine obligation.
The Science of Duties & Virtues or Dharma Shastram
contain the following branches..... the Logical Science, the Science of Virtues,
the Economics, the Political Science, and the Science of Justice. .. and the
Justice for any/all problems or disputes on those branches of the Science of
Duties & Virtues are to be met by the Science of Justice, in other words by
the Courts (who are handling the Science of Justice). It is the establishment
excellence of God that in line with the movement of TIME, the Judiciary is
placed above the Executive. In the olden History of India, we see the RaajaGuru
who advises, instructs and even removes the King, which is in fact the olden
form of the present Judiciary. The majority decision
system in democratic rule has no place before the Science of Justice which
uphold the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and the Justice. If one man out of the
600 crores of people on earth alone tells and does the Truth, the Duties &
Virtues, and Justice, that Truth is to be accepted / approved by the Judiciary.
That is the status of Divine Justice.
(4) The condition as per Divine Justice.
To learn how the Supreme Power (MahaaShakthi /God, the Creator and the
Protector) act as the Supreme Justice and give Equal Justice to all Creatures
and to all Human beings, one should learn the Divine Science (Daiva Shastram)
which is the Mother Science of all Sciences in this Universe. I am a highly
blessed Divine-Slave who could learn those lessons of Supreme Justice (Divine
Justice) directly from the Supreme Power/MahaaShakthi. Those matters/lessons of
Divine Justice have been proved and detailed in the 4th book written with the
blessings of God by me, titled "Manushyanu Daivamakam -Part 3" (Man
can become God -Part 3). Since the small errors or sins of the people occupying
high ranks in the society would adversely affect a large mass of the people,
those high ranks should be very vigilant and always continue to learn the
lessons of Divine Justice more and more. Their high ranks in the society should
be understood as opportunities to obtain more & more PUNYAM / HOLINESS
(Divine Blessings). Unfortunately most/many of those people occupying high ranks
in our society, misuse it to RESERVE BIG DIVINE PUNISHMENTS. I, the humble
God-servant, sincerely wish that the Judiciary which judge upon the Law and
Justice matters in the human Society, who in fact act as the representatives of
the Supreme Justice (God), shall not commit errors /sins at least in the
Fundamental Laws of the Creation established by the Supreme Power
(MahaaShakthi).

HUMBLE REQUEST |
[1] In the name of God, I, a God's slave, most humbly request the hon'ble Court to recognize that Correcting the Error is Divine and to consider this petition as a chance for correction given by God who is also the Supreme Justice, and withdraw with pleasure their order insisting the usage of helmets by the two-wheeler travelers, as well as oppose any attempt by the Government on that score.
[2] If the hon'ble Court wishes to have "more explanations as per the Physical Science, the Science of Duties & Virtues, and the Spiritual Science", kindly be informed that with the blessings of God I can do it.
[3] It is known that the hon'ble Court enjoys the freedom to agree or disagree with the scientific facts/realities contained in this Public Interest Petition. I most humbly request the hon'ble Court to apply their agreements and/or disagreements only against those scientific facts and NOT to take or initiate any acts of punishments against the person (who stood for Divine Science, i.e. me). The contents of this petition is Divine Science, i.e.. the Science of and (established) by God. I have no Sciences - I don't have any power to create Sciences - don't wish it - don't want it. I most humbly request that acts of punishment should be taken against me, the Divine-Slave, only if the hon'ble Court is capable enough to scientifically negate the Books of Divine Science "written by me in accordance with Divine Revelations and Divine Blessings". I who have been doing Divine Prayers and Rites for the last 28 years, and blessed with Super Fortunes like the Divine Sight, kindly inform the hon'ble Court that I expressed the above mentioned words of fear because of the highly painful experiences I have had from the government and the Courts.
[4] If the hon'ble Court finds the contents of this Petition not considerable as a Public Interest Petition, kindly pardon me for any/every/all difficulties caused by me.

HOW SHOULD A GOVERNMENT DEVELOP LAWS/ POLICIES AS PER DHARMA SHASTRAM. This subject is briefly explained here:

According to the Science of Justice: Since Dharma (the Purpose of Creation) was detailed above, it is avoided. This part is applicable to everything in the Universe. Herein, we actually attach Justice or Soil to the Thing or Subject. They can be divided into 3, namely: (1) Divine Justice - acc. to Creation (2) Divine Justice - acc. to Preservation and (3) Divine Justice - acc. to Destruction. (1) Divine Justice - acc. to Creation: Considering accidents, accidental deaths, normal deaths and happenings in life as Just Human/Physical Phenomena which have no relations with GOD, is totally absurd and defiance of God. Everybody should understand that the Soul receives body from the Soil and is obliged to return the Body to Soil, and actually the Soil takes the decisions to supply or to take back. Details of the same are available in Part-17 of this Website. (2) Divine Justice - acc. to Preservation: The Omnipotence and Illimitable establishment of GOD are well disclosed in all matters of the Universe and in all human life happenings (including death). Every creature could be offered death in any/every way or boundless ways! It would further make it clear that such insisting laws are Defiance of God. In fact the indefinite (infinite) ways of death should be treated as beautifying the Universe. Think, if fish do not die when taken out of water. Think, if the life-parts in foodgrains etc. do not die during cooking, etc. and grow in our stomach! People take care of their Life, but do not overact - this is the lesson. You should take care of your body, but don't think that you alone can make/shape your body. (e.g. People use intake medicines, apply ointments on skin, etc., Oxygen/God decides your disease/wound should cure or not. (Details are available in Part-17 of this Website). Do not wish or insist others to use something like helmet to surpass Divine Decisions/Justice. Don't climb and don't try to climb upon GOD (Shastram). (3) Divine Justice - acc. to Destruction: The explanations herein are mainly for the Rulers/Judiciary. They should be vigilant while creating laws. They can create Laws only out of the Laws of the Universe, and it should be done with utter care and prayers to GOD. Since their negligence or easy approach may hurt the Laws of Preservation, they have to be vigilant. For that they should first learn about MahaaShakthi/ Supreme Power. Then learn how MahaaShakthi / GOD /the Creator and Protector of the Universe give Equal Justice to all Creatures (including all Human beings). In short, the Ruler/Judiciary should learn the Daiva Shastram in general and the 2nd & 3rd Vedas, the Dharma Shastram and the Aathmeeya Shastram in particular. Since the small errors or sins of the people occupying high ranks in the Society would adversely affect a large mass of the people, those high ranks should be very careful and always continue to learn the lessons of Divine Justice more and more. Their High Ranks in the Society should be understood as Opportunities to obtain more & more PUNYAM / HOLINESS (Divine Blessings). (Unfortunately most/many of those people occupying High Ranks in our Society, misuse it to RESERVE BIG DIVINE PUNISHMENTS. MAY GOD BLESS EVERYBODY TO FOLLOW TRUTH, DUTIES & VIRTUES, AND THE JUSTICE). In short, Man, especially the Rulers & the Judiciary, need to remember and worship GOD at every time; They should understand that the SUPREME-CONTROL of everything rest with GOD. Hence they should learn and follow THE SCIENCE (True Daiva Shastram) strictly in their activities.

HOW SHOULD A GOVERNMENT DEVELOP LAWS/ POLICIES AS PER DHARMA SHASTRAM? Everything mentioned in Example 9 (re: Helmet), applies to this Part, except a few things. Herein, the Usage of Alcohol is affecting the Body internally too. Let us look first into What should be the Governmental Approach in Manufacture? One should verify first whether in which Category Alcohol can be placed, i.e. as Food, as Medicine, as Poison, or as something else. Since it is not created by GOD directly, but produced by man indirectly (applying the Laws of GOD on Material Properties), one should be more vigilant in its usage. Man can use the Medicinal Properties of Alcohol, and it is being done everywhere. It is not a food. It becomes Poison when it is used unnecessarily and in excess. Man would lose his Mental Balance - hence it is not good for health. Its usage is to be avoided then. No shops should open for Sales. Thus the Production should be limited for Medical Purposes alone. And the Control of Production and Distribution of such items should be totally done by the Government. Now
let us look into Divine Freedom. The
Government is a body to keep up the Supreme Qualities (of GOD) needed to
Protect a Society (Nation), the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice. The
above Divine Explanations can be executed only by Divine Rulers/Ministers, However, Theology allows Man to consume the (almost) directly produced TODDY (KALLHU) from the Coconut Tree at Celebrations, etc., the details of which are available in the Books mentioned above. |
