   In India, immediately after the Railway Budget, many States would start complaining for their State (s) are /were not given due share of Railway Development. The complaints of the various Governments in Kerala are so aged and genuine! (Please do not link the Writer's Kerala domicile with the above statement).
    The complaints of those States are actually a kind of embarrassing Joke. Such complaints come up just because of the Underdevelopment in Political Science and the corresponding Political Administration. Once the Duties and Virtues of Raja (at present: Chief Minister of a State) and Maharaaja (at present: Prime Minister of the Government in India or any country) are arranged in the right order, it will be understood that Railways (Transport) and the like are purely matters of the States and each Raja or King finds Resources to Develop his State. He does it all on his own. A Raja is not a slave of a Maharaaja. The MahaaRaja (the Prime Minister) will only watch the overall functioning of each state... he is a Co-coordinator for the Union of States (= MahaaRaajyam).
    In matters like the Railways where the State should take own decisions in regard to the Internal Railway Lines (i.e. for the Railway Lines within his State), he should not approach the Central Government (the Maharaja) like a Beggar. He should first learn Dharma Shastram wherefrom he would receive all these knowledge. If he needs assistance from other States for the Development of Railways and the like, the Maharaja should/may involve then, and evaluate the total situation in order to assist the Rajas (States) in his MahaaRajyam (Country).
    The above painful joke applies in other matters like forests, etc. It is a pity that the State Governments beg to the Central Governments for Modification of Lands (Forests) in their States. Like the Creatures enjoy (should enjoy) their Freedom to do/ use or not to do/use anything, the Human Governments (should) enjoy the Divine Freedom to do or not to do anything; and to use or not to use anything; within their State Boundaries, in accordance with the Supreme Qualities of GOD, the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice.
   Further, in the matter of Forests, both the State Government as well as the Central Government avail only very less Powers. A King is not allowed to extend his Rule to Forests. The Animals are Divinely Placed there. They will rule there. Details are made available in the Internet Magazine Sathyam Shivam Sundaram.
    Unquote: Like a House owner and/or family members decide the facilities arranged in their house, the government in a state should find the solutions for the social requirements on their own.(Think of the situation if we need Permission from the Neighbour or others to buy TV, car, etc for our house; to paint our house, to wear the dress we like, etc.?) The government should find the resources for Railway development in the state, and do it; it should not approach the central government for sanctioning the project. No such sanctions required. The present unscientific ways and methods are to be buried immediately. People with no knowledge in the Science of Duties & Virtues are placed in the Government, hence the situation became the worst. Follow the Divine/Scientific Practices by Mahathma Gandhi against Devilish laws, etc.

    As a theologist, I recommend the following railway lines: (1) Thiruvananthapuram-Ayoor-Kottarakkara-Mannadi-Adoor-Pandalam-Chengannur
(2) Kayamkulam-Nooranad-Adoor-Pathanapuram-Punalur
(3) Adoor-Pathanamthitta-Pamba/Sabarimala    In regard to considering/implementing other major railway projects, the "Opening of Maya Effect in Kerala" which makes Kerala "GOD’s own country" is to be seriously counted. The Adoor-Sabarimala Railway line should not be understood as connected to (Hindu) religion.    Born is to live; we are all living makes it true too. If we cannot live happily, living is meaningless. If it is asked whether money is the factor which gives pleasure, money acts only as a main factor to many people in bringing happiness. We need money for living; but we don’t live for money.

    In fact, pleasure is not constant, it varies. To many people, their happy moments with family members become their main pleasure. To many people, it is liquor; to many people, it is sexual enjoyments; to many people, it is sports (football, cricket, cards, chess, etc.); to many people, it is arts (cinema, music, etc.); to many people, it is luxury; to many people, it is tour; to many people, it is earning money and counting the currency; to many people, it is spending money; to many people, it is earning fame; to many people, it is serving the people/weak; to many people, it is helping the poor & making donations; to many people, it is making disputes & bloodshed; to many people, it is troubling people; to many people, it is social/political activities; to many people it is worshipping GOD, etc.

How can we increase Pleasure?

   If people do all matters scientifically, certainly pleasure would increase, because GOD has been creating and protecting this vast Universe by Science. (The Science referred is NOT the present imperfect science defined by human beings; but the True & Perfect Science detailed in www.omsathyam.com).

  All Jobs as well as matters/topics of human beings can be arranged into 4 as Cleanliness, Necessity, Requirement, and Hobby. (In fact, it is the true/scientific division of jobs).

  If people would arrange all their life matters according to the above 4, i.e. Cleanliness, Necessity, Requirement, and Hobby; certainly pleasure would increase in their life. It is applicable not only to Adults, but also to Students & children. It would become Divine when we set our Selfishness according to those 4 divisions. The word selfishness is misinterpreted today. How can one help others when he fails to care self? Eg. (1) If an unhealthy person extends his hands to the person in a pit, he may fall upon the one in the pit, increasing the difficulties. (2) To give food, etc to the neighbour in poverty, you must have food and/or enough power.

    Selfishness would absorb the Meaning of Living according to Divine Duties & Virtues when we add the above 4 Features of Cleanliness, Necessity, Requirement, and Hobby into each and every topic. Selfishness would include his Individual & Social Duties then. Selfishness lost its Glory & Beauty when it missed the scientific definition.

   Let us now verify how selfishness deals with financial help, donation, etc. Today’s situation is that people do everything according to their available knowledge and liking. GOD intervenes into their activities at times; some people recognizes it, some not. If Wealth heaped in the hands of a certain people, it would mean that either they or their ancestors (or both) lived not according to the True meaning of Selfishness. It certifies the Divine Words came through Jesus that Purifying the Rich man is more difficult than passing a camel through a needle. The same is said by Mohammed that the Rich who gives Zakat (Donations) should not have any ego or ill thoughts while donating, but think that they give back the Excess Money kept by them by way of dishonouring the True meaning of Selfishness. And in the case of people in poverty, it may be due to their Bad living ignoring the true meaning of Selfishness or due to the bad living of the Rich, or of both. The reason should be hidden as per the Supreme Science of Justice in order to safeguard the divine individual freedom of the rich and all. The poor shall better consider their poverty due to their bad living ignoring the true meaning of selfishness. Hence they should only beg to the rich and not to demand Donations as if the rich obliged.

   The people shall learn 2 lessons setting apart the differences in Wealth, Fame, Beauty, etc. If all people live according to those 2 lessons narrated below, all people could live very happily : (1) : All are created by One GOD; GOD is the True Parents of All People; The Parents like all their children love and help one another and associate; We are all obliged to make GOD happy who is the Parents of others too, to fulfil it we need to love and help others; GOD is obliged to care (look after/protect) all children; GOD is also obliged to care those children who do wrongs, to punish them as to correct them (that is why GOD care the lamb who gets out of the flock). (2) : Though Born is to live, and we are all living; it is also necessary to realize that there is Death too; Death has taken the lives of our many relatives and others who were with us; Death would also take us tomorrow. I /We who tell of our Body as "I", "I" will have to abandon the Body too when dies. If such matters should make us happy, we need to live by the Science of Duties & Virtues established by GOD to make the Universe beautiful.

   GOD, GOD’s Representative, and the Government which works as per the Science of Duties & Virtues, alone enjoy the Authority to demand Wealth/Money from the People. (The Scientists working in the many branches of Science enjoy the Authority to demand Money or anything according to their field from the Government. It is scientifically explained in www.omsathyam.com).

    Scientifically means, at the will of GOD.  When you make Donations to My Activities which are scientifically proved as Divine, as well as to any Organization, etc., do it always scientifically. The Musicians alone enjoy the authority to beg Money/Wealth from the People and it is explained in the Book ‘Manushyanu Daivamakam-Part 3’, referred in Part 16 of www.omsathyam.com. The Government is obliged to care and settle the problems of Beggars in order that the Public do not have any inconvenience from them.

    Today, the People who come to us for receiving Donations which is in fact begging decides the amount of donation. The diry political culture reached a stage of approaching people with amount-printed receipts, i.e. begging developed as demanding. When the Beggars or People who request for Donations, make Demands or Fix Donations, the country is in Anarchy. The so called Government (s) in such Countries are only a Renaming for Robber (s). It also informs us how far the Courts which supports the governments grown to. Date of Expiry is applicable not only to medicines, food, human body, etc but also to the Political Systems. The present/latest parliamentary democratic system has come out after the expiry of many systems like Tribal rule, Feudalism, etc. It should be understood that the parliamentary democracy which in fact does not give power to people, also need changes according to time. Those people who realize that the so called democratic systems are also useless, stand idle due to inappropriate selfishness and/or ignorance in finding solution. The various political parties are at present carrying the decayed dead body of parliament democratic system amidst the society, polluting as well as destroying the society.     Let us again come back to the word Selfishness. All our activities should be /are for us. If we term some activities done not for us, on scientific scrutiny, we will understand that they also fall as per our Love, thirst for Divine Holiness, or the least for our mental satisfaction. Further, they come under the Divine Classification : Cleanliness, Necessity, Requirement, and Hobby.

    By the Blessings of GOD, I could climb up many steps of the Glorious Position of the Representative of GOD, but the Course is not complete yet. The Time of Completion will be decided by MahaaShakthi, GOD. Such matters are scientifically explained in Part 12 of www.omsathyam.com. At present, I don’t have any authority to demand wealth/money from the Public (this sentence is written on 26 July 2005). But, as a Theologist, I enjoy the Authority to demand wealth/money, etc from the Government, and it is scientifically explained in www.omsathyam.com. The Government is obliged to scientifically verify the words and/or works of a citizen who claims to be a Theologist and/or Representative of GOD, in order that they inform the People of the Truth because the government is fed by Public Funds.

It is good to make scientific donations and get Blessings from GOD. When we do something scientifically, it means we are doing to the will of GOD. And we get Pleasure when we make Donations scientifically. We live for Pleasure and we should live for Pleasure. Our ultimatum in life is Pleasure. When one make Donations unscientifically, it is either due to Fear or to gain matters through the negation or avoidance of Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice.

   If you are happy with any part of the Godly Actions through me, in line with your Today's Knowledge; If you would like to participate or encourage the Movement; If your financial position is satisfactory; Make Donations to me to your ability. People enjoy the Authority to Donate. And GOD like People donate scientifically.

   I have financial requirements. Since I am involved in Social Service through the SCIENCE (Theology which is the Mother-Science of all branches of Science), I am obliged to inform the Public, Government, and the Courts about my financial needs. The Governments in Kerala, India, as well as the Courts had made big losses to me already, namely Financial-Loss, Energy-Loss, Time-Loss; Fame-Loss, Matter-Loss, Happiness-Loss, etc. They are all well detailed in Part 12 of the Web site : www.omsathyam.com. Because of the Faults of the Government and the Courts, I have several lakhs of financial debts : to bank, to friends, to relatives, etc.

   In line with the Scientific Research in Theology, the Governments are obliged to award me whatever amounts of Finance or other things demanded or needed by me. When the Government(s) fail to recognize their Obligation, the Courts are obliged to remind/order the Government. I don't need Crores now. A few lakhs of Rupees is enough for me at present. Will I get Jail & Torture instead ? GOD knows. Please do not mistake my Talks on Financial Requirements as if I have any Pain about it. NOT AT ALL. Those who worry upon matters cannot successfully work in SCIENCE (Theology).
