Chapter 1.1 : Are Human beings wiser than Other Creatures ?
The Human beings who consider themselves as greater/wiser than other Creatures, alone live with Religious/Caste fights/disputes/fanaticism.

Chapter 1.2 : Fundamental Role of a Ruler towards Citizens
The Ruler / King/ Government is the Servant of the Society (= Nation = All People) to meet all Public Requirements as per the Science of Duties & Virtues. In the matter of Social Justice, the Ruler is obliged to give Equal Respect/Justice to All People.

Chapter 1.3 : Financial Assistance to Citizens
The Government enjoys the Authority to give Financial and similar Assistance to Citizens ONLY as per the Science of Duties & Virtues. A government cannot / should not name Certain laws as the Constitution and begin Collecting Money/Tax from the Public and/or Distribute Financial and similar Assistance to Some Citizens based upon such Constitution. Scientific Explanations & Proofs on the above Statements are given in Part 4 below (and in www.omsathyam.com/part6.htm).

Chapter 1.4 : Social Assistance to Citizens towards Differences in Religion/Caste/Tribe
When Religions, Castes, etc. create Differences in the Social Status of Citizens, the Government is obliged to verify the Religions, Caste, etc. as to find where matters went wrong because All Religions claim/state that GOD serves Equal Justice to All People. When GOD is the Supreme Justice, it is to be found out where matters erred. If Portions of the Religions/Castes are found fully or partially Unscientific, as per the present situation, the Government should conduct Seminars on the subject participating different Religious Leaders/Priests, Scientists, Social Workers, Political Workers, etc. (On the other hand, speaking/acting in scientific terms, a scientific government supported by scientific people nullifies the Religions/Portions thereto).

A Scientific verification of Religions/Portions of Religions can bring out only One Truth: All People are basically One. The Differences in Birth-Qualities refer to Part 4 below (and in www.omsathyam.com/part6.htm).

Problems and solutions exist in every field of life, not only limited to Human beings, all other creatures do have it. It is also necessitated for the enjoyment of life. Problems call for solutions. For any subject, the Solutions seem to be in indefinite number. For example: in regard to the facilities additionally required for a school, each teacher may bring different solutions based on different perspective. According to the perspective of the people, they are right. 

How to select the best solution is Not difficult. One should be able to classify a problem according to its Scientific aspects. The Divine law making procedure applies here. (Briefed in Part 4 below and explained in Part 9 of the web site www.omsathyam.com).

The people who consider themselves as Backward classes and/or being called; and the rest of the people who consider themselves as Upper classes and/or being called, must scientifically verify the contents of Part 8 of this web site, detailing the 4 scientific (Divine) Divisions of all Jobs on earth, to understand that their long carried beliefs were/are just nonsense. The writer humbly requests for scientific study. A wise study will save many people from accruing further sins, to reduce sins, to do good, etc.
The above statements / facts are detailed below as a New Chapter for better presentation. (A few sentences are also repeated.)

Chapter 1.5 : In regard to SC/ST/OBC, etc., the Government in India is still Unscientific.
In regard to bringing up or developing a certain group of men, the Science of Duties & Virtues is to be verified. Herein, the Social Status of a certain group of men called and treated as Backwards or scheduled form the 1st part of the issue. A ruler should call for the solutions and explanations for the same from the respective Branch of Science, i.e. Spiritual Science (Aathmeeya Shastram).

As per the Science before the resurrection of the True Vedas, perfect explanations to the said subject were not available since the different branches of Science were not coordinated and proper rule lacked. Hence, before many decades, only research could be called for as per Spiritual Science/ Aathmeeya Shastram. But as per Dharma Shastram, the ruler could/should consider all people equally and order eliminations of discriminations in Social Status, i.e. unifying all classes as Human beings. As per the Real 4 Divisions of Job (scientifically explained in Part 8 of the web site www.omsathyam.com) all Jobs in the Universe are divided into: Cleanliness, Necessity, Requirement, and Amusement (Hobby).

If the ruler fails to eliminate the Discriminations in Social Status, the suffering people encounters the issue themselves.  The Necessity Factor in Everybody’s Life plays the Role. (To those finding the highest happiness in singing would go before singing because singing becomes his Necessity. Etc. Etc.). To those who consider their immediate or most important Requirement as upgrading their degraded Social Status, it is their Necessity. This we often use to remember, as many of the freedom fighters in India who struggled for India’s Independence from the British rule considered Independence as their Necessity; they considered their family, children, enjoyments, etc. only Next to Independence, and even sacrificed their own lives. Hence for the people who consider their Social Status as degraded shall do Revolution, Peaceful and Divine Revolution by using the Higher-Caste names (as understood by them) for them, for their children, and for their relatives. That is Revolution. Use Brahmin or Kshathriya names. Use higher-class names for their houses too. 

Now, look how the True Vedas explain the subject: GOD cannot be misjudged as done Injustice to any section of the Human beings. GOD is obliged to create/ provide children to all people, and in fact, the erroneous Social laws made up and followed by the wrong men/women, i.e. the Human-creators and the selfish who liked/ like to continue such (unscientific) nonsense are responsible for the discriminations based on castes/ tribes, etc. However, GOD punish those so-called high-class people who torture the people discriminated as Backward, by giving them re-births in the families of the so-called Backwards. Hence it is simply possible that a man worrying too much today and keeping enmity towards the higher-classes for he being considered or treated as Backward, was in his pre-birth a higher-class who tortured the Backwards a lot. The 2nd part of the issue is financial assistance, etc.

In regard to uplifting a section of the people, like the so-called scheduled classes, by way of financial assistance and Job reservations, etc., the Sub-Branches of Dharma Shastram, viz. The Economics and Political Science are to be studied and verified.

As per Political Science the ruler has no authority to misuse public fund. A ruler /government should treat all people equally, just like GOD. The ruler should not ever try to settle Social laws and/or matters by way of making financial assistance/ distribution from public fund which in fact will only worsen the problems as is experienced. Such adjustments are like bribes/ corruption. A ruler should act in everything related to public matters (his kingdom) only in accordance with the Supreme Qualities of GOD, i.e. the Truth, the Duties & Virtues, and Justice. 

Money or financial support should be given to those who require it - irrespective of one’s religious/ caste/ tribal Status, etc.

When the elimination of the degraded/degrading Social Status becomes the 1st Necessity to those people who consider themselves or by others as Backward, as said before, should come forward by using the Higher-Caste names (as understood by them) for them, for their children, and for their relatives. That is Revolution. Use Brahmin or Kshathriya names. Use higher-class names for their houses too. The Inequalities in the Social set-ups are to be balanced in such style, and not by making reservations as is done today. Such reservations will only discriminate the people for ever. Financial gains and positions may make one’s financial position up, not his Social /Human Status. 

GOD revealed the above mentioned Divine Truth to Mahaathma Gandhi and he tried to convince the people. The ignorant people in those times rejected /neglected his words and made anti-slogans to him, and now the money interested people joined them.

    Nowadays, we see people using the fall in Social Status to score financial gains. The young men of 15 to 50 years belonging to the so-called SC/ST/ etc. are often not serious about the so-called Backward society, but are mostly confined to their personal life, i.e. selfishness. An young man of 15 years or 50 years should understand first that he has no authority to describe in his talks about the ‘so many hundreds of years of suffering’. How could he talk about the life before that 15 or 50 years when he was not even born. If he is a believer in GOD and if he believes that GOD serves equal Justice to all people, he should try to scientifically challenge the Reincarnation theory detailed in this website and in the book ‘Manushyanu Daivamakam - Parts 2 & 3. If he could not succeed in such attempts, he should accept the Reincarnation theory wherein he would find that he suffers today for his past birth (s) and most probably he was one Brahmin in his past birth who tortured the poor as well as the people with less Social Status! Once Maya is opened (which would happen very soon), the Divine Division of Jobs as detailed above will be established and the different ranks/castes in the society as well as the religions will perish once for all, settling each and every problem on earth. 

Chapter 2.1 : 4 Scientific Divisions of All Jobs on Earth
As said before, all Jobs in the Universe are divided into four : Cleanliness, Necessity, Requirement, and Amusement (Hobby). It is scientifically proved & explained in Part 8 of the web site www.omsathyam.com that they are the Real 4 Divisions of Job and the Chathurvarnyam in Hinduism is only a decayed skeleton of the Real 4 Divisions.

Chapter 2.2 : Challenge the Govts in India & Everywhere re: above 4 Divisions of All Jobs
The State & Central Governments in India and all Countries are obliged to verify the above 4 Divisions of Jobs as well as the contents of the Web site: www.omsathyam.com. In order to enthuse them, it is hereby presented to them as a Challenge.

Chapter 2.3 : Education
This Chapter may be ignored by the Committee as it is about educating the Science of Duties & Virtues, etc.

Nowadays, it is seen that people occupying Jobs considered by the society as something super, used to disrespect the common and the poor, at times all people. That is, Status issue based upon differences in Jobs, finance, education, etc. has begun more active. From Part 8 - the 4 True Divisions of Professions, it is evident that all Jobs are equal and only Farmer receives a little respect more as he is the one who feeds all the people: the king, the minister, the soldier, the clerk, the businessman, the carpenter, the peon, the beggar, etc.

On studying the Divine Justice served through Reincarnations, everyone could understand that wisdom and the like are Birth Qualities, and that everybody get opportunities to enjoy the Different Jobs in the society. Hence it is rather foolish and punishable if people make/continue standards for respect & disrespect. The policemen in the Asian countries are forced to give additional respect to the Political rulers, the leaders of the different Political parties, the rich, the religious men, etc. due to the poor Social/Political structure in those countries. Of course, there are a few wrong men in police department too, but it is there in every department/ section.

The Real Vedas state that the cause for every problem in the society including disrespect between persons, is the absence of love, the absence of love in the required quantity. GOD unite (d) everything in the universe with love. It is to be noted that the writer says with authenticity, the words on love are not casual talk, one will astonish when he gets the wisdom to understand that even words and thoughts also do have physical existence. The right values of Love are to be learned, spread, and put in practice by everyone in the society. And the ruler, the Raajaguru, the Gurus (teachers), etc. should be more keen on the subject. Where ignorance, ego and selfishness unite together; the sacred values of love cannot easily get into. The failure of moral values, the failure of marriages, the distortion of music, etc. occur more in American/European/Arabian countries due to to this. It is a fact that men/women without proper education in Dharma Shastram would become devils and they create evils in the society. 

The Job-oriented education systems based on acquiring more and more enjoyments pay little consideration to Dharma Shastram. In every field of life, this avoidance of Dharma Shastram contributed a considerable share in the overall failure of Human values - bribes / corruptions / killings / lootings, etc. etc. Even learned men (Scholars) often say that children should first obey their parents, then the guru (teacher) and GOD at last! Children are more attached to their parents by birth. The mother is an ocean of love. The father brings in the materials for the growth of children. The children receive/learn most of the laws and regulations in Dharma Shastram which are primarily required for their future-life from their parents, family-members, neighbours, relatives, etc. as well as from the teachers, animals, birds, plants, fish, mountains, forests, rivers, etc. Even the ants and honey-bees teach them very important lessons regarding Unity, Social life, Hardworking, etc. 

For those children who miss or do not have the chances to learn at least the basic lessons of Dharma Shastram, there should be proper arrangements by the ruler /society.

At present, the teachers in schools /colleges, etc. have very less role in educating Dharma Shastram. They are teaching/conducting subjects/courses other than Dharma Shastram. Rarely - accidentally a teacher may talk a little on Dharma Shastram. Parents also care more on their children securing high salaried professions and the like, the crooked ways adopted by their children do not matter to them and they may even suggest/tell crooked or evil methods. The teachers buying Job by paying money, etc. Cannot be expected as having learnt Dharma Shastram and able to teach it. They don’t know even the meaning of those great words: Children should first obey their parents, then the guru (teacher) and GOD at last! Children should learn through their parents and family-members, neighbours, relatives, the teachers: school teachers, animals, birds, plants, fish, mountains, forests, rivers, etc - Children learn and understand GOD, and then live according to GOD, i.e. according to the Vedas from GOD. In other words all people should reach the Status of obeying only GOD, or the Vedas.

The Scholars/teachers who ask the children/students to obey their elders - parents first, teacher then, and GOD at last. Most probably they would understand on self-introspection that they themselves are not obeying their parents, teachers, etc. In their own present day / past life. If all people obey their parents, etc. All people may have very different perspective on Social matters too, which will invite worse situations. All people shall obey the True Vedas, follow the Primary Laws of Dharma Shastram which are common to all people, thus become the beloved son/daughter of GOD who obeys his/her actual mother & father (As per dualism, GOD becomes the actual mother+father of everything in the Universe including Human beings.).

Chapter 3.1 : Science of Justice - limited factors are handled by Human beings.
Man is awarded with enough wisdom to realize that he enjoys ruling power only upon very limited matters/factors wherein those factors make him feel that he is fully free. If Human Beings learn the so vast factors (handled by GOD) to be cared into for Serving Equal Justice to all Creatures (as proved/detailed scientifically in Part 6 of the Web site: www.omsathyam.com) he will surrender to GOD, begging NOT to entrust Human Beings ever with those Factors presently handled by GOD.

If the Politicians and the Judiciary set apart the Divine laws and act as if the Human Laws*, for e.g. the Constitution in India founded by them (can) bring Equal Justice to the society, they are bound to equally distribute the birth- qualities too (again avoiding the Divine laws/ laws of the nature). The Differences in Sex (male/ female), Color, Beauty, Body structure, Wisdom, Job- taste, Hobby- taste, etc. are the birth- qualities created by God to facilitate & beautify a Happy Social Life. (Those birth qualities are also accompanied by a different type of external birth- qualities viz. the financial standards of the family and the country ( where one is born), the educational/ cultural standards of the parent + relatives+ friends + etc., the life- periods of parents, landscape, resources at reach, etc.). Neither the Political Administration nor the Human Judiciary are capable to change those physically existing birth-qualities. So far as one man is very beautiful (handsome) and another man NOT beautiful or medium, what can the human rule/ Justice apply to equalize their beauty to provide/ serve/ maintain Equal Justice in the society. And if GOD awards Equal Beauty to All People on Earth, all 600+ crores of people will have Same Face Shape, Body Shape making them impossible to live; complicated further with the need for elimination of sexual difference as to make Equal Beauty.

Is it right on the part of wise men to escape from problems like the above merely commenting they are natural matters when these wise men who believe in God also do believe that Nature is part of the Universe (Created by God). Details in the above matter are given with examples/scientific proofs in Part 6 of the web site www.omsathyam.com, hence not repeated.

Chapter 3.2 : Governments in India & All Countries promote Religions & Black Magics
Due to the absence of Virtues, Duties are failing in all fields of Life, in all countries on Earth. The Political Administration/the Governments establishes (d) dirty ties with Religions, Castes, etc. for selfish gains which has been worsening the situations everywhere.
Even the common and/or unwise people knows the above - hence it is unnecessary to elaborate this Chapter.

The Political Administration/the Governments are obliged to promote the Research & Development of All Branches of Science. History shows that the Governments took interest in the Research & Development of Physics, Chemistry, Medical Science, Mathematics, etc., considering them mostly as matters NOT attached to GOD and/or Religions. The Governments paid NO or Less interest in the Research & Development of Spiritual Science which was established in the Society in the form of Religions.

Chapter 3.4 : The Governments in India/Other countries & States bring up New Ayodhyas
In order to safeguard their selfish motive political and other gains, almost all political leaders and religious leaders/priests refrained from touching/verifying the Genuineness of Religions, no scientific verifications conducted with right intentions to find out the Truth, instead they were/are all fishing out of the troubled water. Ayodhyas, New Ayodhyas develop, killing the Peace everywhere on Earth.

Chapter 3.5 : Scientific/Divine Solution to Ayodhya, etc.
If Bold, Scientific and Bold People occupy the Government, it is only easy to solve the Problem in Ayodhya and the like. The Scientific/Divine Solution to Ayodhya is very simple. It was mailed to the Presidents, Prime Ministers, Judges, etc. of the Government in India several times, and is available in the web site : www.omsathyam.com.

Chapter 4.1 : Science of Supreme Justice - factors handled by MAHAASHAKTHI (GOD)
Man is awarded with enough wisdom to realize that GOD will become the Supreme Justice only if GOD serves Equal Justice to All Creatures. The Wrongs / Errors in the Justice served by Human rulers are also to be counted, balanced/justified by the Creator (GOD) as to become the Supreme Justice. The Governments in India, etc. can find from Part 3.1 above that the Differences in Birth-Qualities, such as Sex (male/ female), Color, Beauty, Body structure, Wisdom, Job- taste, Hobby- taste, etc. are created by God to facilitate & beautify a Happy Social Life.

On thorough Scientific study of Part 6 of the web site www.omsathyam.com, the wise will realize that it is unwise, inappropriate, and impossible if Human Governments try to do Justice in matters like Job- taste, which is a Birth-Quality handled by GOD, the Supreme Justice. That is, the people acting as the governmental men in India through a political system called democracy which is in fact Unscientific / Not Divine are misusing the Wisdom awarded to them (by GOD). The present SC/ST/OBC Reservations Bill which disintegrates human beings into "Groups of People, hating each other" is only a Mockery by the Ignorant/Unwise and....the Devilish Spirits.

May GOD Bless All the Governmental Men in the Country, including the Prime Minister and the President in the Government in India to understand the contents of this Letter/Memorandum at all times.

Chapter 4.2 : Law of the Land is created by the Creator of the Land.
Please understand that the Law of the Land is Created by the Creator of the Land, i.e. MAHAASHAKTHI (GOD). A Government can be said ‘of’ the Country only if the People in that Country are ruled as per Real VEDAS. Otherwise they should use the Preposition ‘in’. E.g. ‘Government in India’ can be said as ‘Government of India’, only if the Constitution is VEDAS, and met in all respects. Unfortunately NO Countries on Earth are Eligible to have such Title (with of).

With due respect to the People who spent a lot of time for formulating the Rules & Regulations, etc. to make a Constitution out of their Love upon the general public and/or their feelings, it is to be understood by all who carry or pretend to carry certain laws as the Constitution are in fact knowing or unknowingly abusing GOD who created Laws for Creating the Land. Like the Laws in Physical Science; the Laws for Dharmam (=Duties & Virtues) will also be revealed scientifically to Deserving Researchers (approved by GOD) in accordance with Time, the Development in other branches of Science, Population, etc. (Details available in Part 11). It was to be considered also that in order to control everything GOD might have created (confidential) scientific applications upon matters of Dharmam (Duties & Virtues) too. Scientific Verification of Part 17 of the Web site shall be carried out to know the Scientific Explosions related with Physical Existence of GOD, Soul, Sound, Love, Words, etc. etc. Instead, giving less concern to the Creator (GOD), if a certain people name certain Rules & Regulations prepared by certain men as the Constitution of a Country, it is utter Nonsense. Sin will fall upon those who ignore Science/GOD. The Divine Punishments are also scientific and are available for verification in www.omsathyam.com

Chapter 4.3 : Hints about the Resurrection of the Real Vedas
The Real Vedas resurrected with the association of the Writer (Badsha) thru a Miraculous & Scientific Phenomenon called Malsya Avataar are explained in Part 11 of the Web site: www.omsathyam.com. As part of ‘Opening of Maya’, The Real Vedas would soon replace the Remains of the Decaying Skeleton of the Vedas from the Past Creation Cycle, existing still, namely Ruk, Yaju, Sama, etc. which were to be buried centuries before.

Chapter 4.4 : Supreme Justice
If you believe that GOD did not make Dharma Shastram (the Science of Duties & Virtues - to be followed by man individually and collectively), it would mean that GOD do not attend / care the lives and life-styles of human & other beings and allowed all beings to live somehow or at their choices. As per Rational Science (Yukthi Shastram), if GOD do not establish Dharma Shastram, GOD cannot / should not effect judgements on the deeds of the Creatures. If the people believe that GOD gives fruits (of happiness & sorrow) in accordance with their Good & Bad doings in life, they must also believe that God establish Dharma Shastram & God do Justice.

Since Choices of /for Our Birth & Death are also decided by GOD, we all are obliged to follow the rules/ laws laid down by the Creator.

Chapter 4.5 : GOD gives Man Freedom to enjoy Life
The Supreme Justice (GOD) divides Justice into 2 : One Part is handled by Human Beings, and the other so vast Part by GOD. GOD is obliged to entrust the handling of a few selective social factors to Human Beings, in order to make him fully free in all his life matters so that he will not feel as a Slave, but enjoy Life.. The entrusted (selective) social factors are : The General Social/Political Administration Matters, Agriculture, Industry, Commerce, Education, Technology, Research, Transport, General Supervision of Job/Profession/Labour Matters/ Hobbies, Worship, Pilgrimage, Punishing /Purifying Criminals, Abolition of Public Production and Usage of Liquor (except Toddy), Smoking, Drugs, Black Magics, etc. [In regard to liquor, smoking, etc., people are given divine freedom to use or not to use it provided their such practices do not trouble even the partner. No govts should allow/ manufacture and/or sale of liquor. In regard to the usage of helmets, etc. the governments/courts are practising devilish steps/laws curtailing the freedom given to human beings by their Creator. The Governmental / Judiciary Set ups as at present have already crossed their Date of Expiries. The unburied dead bodies are polluting the Society.].

Chapter 4.6 : Obtaining the Laws of Dharma Shastram (Science of Duties & Virtues)
The Creator who is also the SUPREME JUSTICE, reveals the Laws /Science of Justice to the people who do Research on that subject. The Perfection in the Revelation of the Laws depend upon the Qualities/Holiness of the Researcher earned from GOD, Time factor, etc. In Part 9 of the Web site the subject is explained, with many crucial problems on earth, including Ayodhya, Israel, Kashmir, etc. verified scientifically and given divine/scientific solutions. The explained methods to find divine/scientific solutions to any/all problems according to VEDAS will help human beings for ever.

GOD take care that People in right proportion are supplied with enough Wisdom to learn and/or act in accordance with the Plus & Minus Qualities of Everything. Man has been supplied with enough Wisdom to understand the Supreme Qualities of GOD; the Truth, Duties & Virtues, and Justice; required to protect this Universe (the Life), making it easy to derive the Divine Laws for the factors entrusted to him. The ignorant/careless people fail to carry out those matters/factors and are misusing the awarded freedom. They began to make Laws on the factors handled Direct by GOD. (For e.g. Glory of Job & Job Taste are matters handled direct by GOD, and human attempts to make laws in such matters will only create a mockery. The referenced bill is also a devilish attempt to penetrate into matters handled by GOD.)

Chapter 4.7 : Judiciary is Superior to Ruler, King, Parliament, etc.
Handling a factor/matter ends up in the Justice served. Thus the Science of Justice and the Judiciary are placed as the Top Body in the Society. But the Human Courts also began to lose the Virtues in Duties. Not to perform Duty without establishing the Virtues is the Divine Principle to be followed by all. For e.g. : A small case which can be settled by a Judge within 1 hour by making an on-the-spot-visit/check gets elongated by the Courts/Judiciary (and the Governments) today for many years thru many small courts and big courts with many representations & certifications from Real & Unreal witnesses, doctors, police verification reports, hearing-ins, etc. etc. resulting in Loss of Money, Loss of Manpower, Loss of Materials, Loss of Time,... ending in Loss of the Topic itself. Human beings without Divine Experiences should never consider themselves as Judges. Please do not use the above sentences to defame any Judges whether they do sin or not. Similar Sins as seen in the Judiciary exist in all Fields of Life today. The Human Beings working as Part of a System always do have limitations. They may gradually realize their errors and begin to rectify the System. Bold & Right Steps can be taken only by those believe 100% in GOD. However, since the Opening of Maya will occur soon, the Judicial System will soon be purified. As per the Real Vedas, the King/Ruler acts as the Judge/Court, and any/all citizens knowing the Real Vedas avail Power to question and/or punish a King/Judge if the King/Judge errs.

Chapter 4.8 : The Supreme word ‘Supreme’ should not be used by Human Courts, etc.
Human Courts should not be named Supreme Court (s). The SUPREME COURT is run by the SUPREME JUSTICE (GOD). One who can serve Supreme Justice = Perfect Justice, is Supreme Justice. The Science of Justice cannot be Perfect in Human Hands. It is a fact experienced by all People (including the Human Judges) in the different countries on Earth. GOD, being the Creator is obliged to take care that No Human Laws/Activities bring Injustice into the Creation & Preservation (Protection) of the Universe. The Human Failure in Serving Justice in those factors Handled by him are also to be rectified by GOD. It is thus established again that GOD alone is the Supreme Justice. It is the Obligation of the Creator to serve Equal Justice to all Creatures. Hence the Creator needs to involve into the Matters of Justice. Since Justice does not end with Human Courts, NO Human Court should be named as Supreme Court, and the Judges and/or the Governments in India, etc. are divinely obliged to rename the Courts. Chapter 4.9 : General Supervision of Jobs/Professions/Labour
The Duties of a Raaja (King) /Ruler include the General Supervision of Jobs; but a Bill for Reservations to SC/ST/OBC, etc. exhibit only that the Government is Devilish. Please refer Parts : 6, 8, 9, 11, 14 & 17 of the website www.omsathyam.com.

Chapter 4.10 : No Discussions/Meetings intended before the SC/ST/OBC Committee, etc.

Chapter 4.11 : To End up Useless Committees/Commissions and Safeguard Public Funds
The Sender suggests/warns the Governments NOT to misuse Public Funds by appointing Committees, Commissions, etc. when the Governmental men are obliged self to verify matters like the Bill according to the Science of Duties & Virtues. Chapter 4.12 : Financial Support requested for Our Services
The Government is obliged to pay him Crores of Rupees against his Scientific Research/Works, etc., but he does not need much. He is financially suffering too much and asks the Government in India to pay him Rs. 25 lakhs immediately.

Chapter 4.13 : Lack of Facilities affect the Quality of our Services
By the Grace of GOD, the Sender is capable to give Scientific Solutions to Any/All Crucial Problems on Earth. The Scientific verification of the contents of www.omsathyam.com would prove the genuineness of the above statement. According to the Science of Duties & Virtues, the Government is obliged to satisfy self that Lack of Facilities due to Financial Sufferings NOT affect the Works of Scientists like the undersigned. Chapter 4.14 : Conclusion
As per the Proofs & Explanations, given in Parts 1 to 4 of this Memorandum, the referenced Bill is Devilish/Unscientific  according to the Science of Duties & Virtues, hence to be withdrawn. All kinds of Reservations given at present, based on Religions, Castes, Tribes, to be ended.

The Labour Matters, Pension Matters, Reservation of Jobs, Political Parties, Religions, etc. etc. will find their berths in Dust-Bins after the Opening of Maya. The Wicked and the Wrongs can be found then competing to correct their past errors on their own. Once Maya is Open, Self-obligation will be created in all walks of life.
