2. PRIORITY & SCIENTIFIC-cum-DIVINE OBLIGATION
In fact the words 'Scientific' & 'Divine' are One.
Since they are presently understood as separate by most of the people, it
is dealt here accordingly.
All People who
respect Science are obliged to act according to Science. Hence this PIL is
to be accepted if found true upon scientific verification.
The Governments or Courts with so vast
scientific facilities should not hesitate to accept the Scientific
Challenge placed by the Plaintiff. Hecould merge all branches of Physical
Science namely Physics, Chemistry, Astronomy, Medical Science,
Mathematics, etc. ; all branches of the Science of Duties &
Virtues namely Moral Science, Politics, Economics, Science of
Justice, etc. ; all branches of the Spiritual Science namely GOD, Soul,
Life-after-Death Matters, etc.;
into
the True Vedas which is the Mother-Science of All Sciences,
with the Divine Power of OM, when OM is
written on his Tongue by MAHAASHAKTHI,
associated with a Divine/Scientific
Phenomenon called Malsya Avataar (Fish Miracle).
All People who took their Offices by Swearing-in the name of GOD, are obliged to act according to the Science of GOD. The Governments and Courts in the 21st Century should not hesitate to accept this or any E-mail message as a Public Interest Litigation; that too when sent from a man who is financially poor, but blessed by GOD, and the topic top serious.
3. SCIENTIFIC AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT THE LAW OF THE LAND, GOD, AND THE PEOPLE
The following Scientific
Symbols on the Body of the Plaintiff (Badsha),
which
can be proved scientifically at a Well-equipped Modern Hospital, by a team
of a team comprising Judges from the High/Supreme Court, Well-known
Priests from the Major religions such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism,
etc., Famous Atheist, a General Physician, a Skin Specialist, and a
Psychiatrist;
prove that the Plaintiff has been
appointed by GOD to represent the Law of the Land, established by the Creator of the Land.
One who represents the Complete Science with Divine Blessings represent
also GOD. One who represents either GOD or the Complete Science would also

ADVANTAGES ONLY.
(1)
The suspension of General Elections will save many lives (of people)
usually killed and wounded in Riots generated by Elections.
(2) It will save many thousands of crores of Money, Energy, Materials,
Time, etc.
(3) It will allow the BJP Government to rule the People in India without
conducting General Elections giving no chances to the different political
parties in India to oppose it as the Contents of the Request is Purely
Scientific.
(4) The Leaders of All Political Parties would get chances in the
rectification movement of political and other matters.
(5) The BJP Government could care for Development of the Nation instead of
wasting Time, Energy, Money, etc. by avoiding General Elections.
(6) The BJP Government and the BJP Leaders as well as the Leaders of Other
Political Parties, etc. who work for approving this PIL may receive Godly
Blessings by bowing to Godly/Scientific Request.
(7) The Wrong Systems & Wrong People would get a chance to rectify
their Wrongs.

Men, etc. who are mentioned as the Defendants would miss a chance to
rectify their Wrongs.
(4) The Governments, the Judges, BJP & Other Political Leaders, Media
Men, etc. who are mentioned as the Defendants may receive Punishments from
GOD for not obeying GODLY Requests submitted scientifically, that too many
times. [Please be reminded that
Human Hands like Governments, Courts, etc. can only Temporarily stop Godly
Projects which also may acquire Sins/Punishments.]. (5) Etc.
The acceptance of the
following Request and the Scientific Political System which is stated and
proved scientifically as the Perfect System will make a Government called
as the
Government of
a Country; whereas those
not
will only remain as the Government in
a Country.

(C) THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA VERIFY PART 9 OF THE WEB SITE WWW.OMSATHYAM.COM AND TAKE MEASURES TO ESTABLISH / MODIFY THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND STATE GOVERNMENTS
(D) THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DEVELOP THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNTRY ACCORDING TO WWW.OMSATHYAM.COM GIVING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO PART 9 OF THE WEB SITE;

Please be advised that ALL Human Governments / Courts ARE OBLIGED TO RESPECT THE SO VAST SCIENCE ESTABLISHED BY MAHAASHAKTHI FOR CREATION AND pROTECTION OF THE UNIVERSE. ////
(1) In regard to the formation of the Central Government, until the Opening of Maya and /or Completion of the Scientific verification of the Web site www.omsathyam.com, the BJP Government shall continue with 100 Ministers and a King titled temporarily as Prime Minister. The MPs etc. should be retrenched. The present Chief Minister in the Govt. of Kerala, Shri. A.K. Antony, if available, may be placed as the Prime Minister to head the BJP Ministers. The present Senior Minister (s) may act as Adviser (s) to the new PM.

have Godly action to meet the inhuman Political Rule as well as the

They prayed for Godly Action because the problems on Earth developed
worst as if Human Hands cannot solve the situation. Scholars
/Intellectuals / Writers / Social leaders /Judges etc. have been calling
for the total eradication of the present laws and systems. (1) The

The SUPREME POWER (GOD) has

Ministers, Judges, Officials, Intellectuals, etc., the Plaintiff confirms
self that the Mail (PIL) reaches at least a few top officials who are
obliged (to self & GOD) to take up the matter in the Honourable State
High Courts, the Highest Court in India (which is erroneously named as the
Supreme Court of India as the Supreme Court is run by the Supreme
Justice-GOD), etc.
The sending of this PIL to many
Ministers, Judges, Officials, Intellectuals, etc. are thus justified as
the Plaintiff is economically too poor at present and the E-mailing is
very cheap. He is managing to accomplish his obligations perfectly with
the very limited and/or all possible means.

14.01.2004 along with a Cover letter & 2 Books titled Thiruvalla Diary
published by the Plaintiff recently containing serious Social Articles, by
a Courier Service.
If the Postal Mails, Faxes and E-Mails do not reach the Hands of the
Addressees due to their Administrative Procedures, etc., the Plaintiff is NOT
responsible; and the Addressees will have to pay for it in many ways, as
can be scientifically understood from The GODLY Punishments
for the Judges, Ministers, King, etc. detailed in
the Web site www.omsathyam.com
as GODLY Action No. 11.

14. The Governments in Other Countries
The Heads
of the different countries on Earth are kindly requested to treat this
Public Interest Litigation as applicable to them too. All /any New Elections shall
be stopped and the Present Government continue with Strong and Honest
Actions towards embracing VEDAS as the Constitution of all Countries.
Some incapable and/or wrong Governments like the Present Government in
Pakistan may dissolve themselves and place good people from the Society to
take up the Serious Job.
The Governments, Courts, Intellectuals, News Media, etc. may work for Spreading this Divine/Scientific News and earn Holiness/ Blessings from GOD.
