The content of this page was done many years
before. Perhaps, modifications needed in line with the Supreme / Super
Revelations in the recent time. It looks to me that the necessary

The Science as well as our living environment prove that Air, Water
and Soil build the Power, Soul and Body of a Creature. (The
scientific proofs of the Soul, Body and the Jeevan/ Power are
detailed in Part 17).
Those
fundamentals 'Air, Water, and Soil (Land)' are forbidden from
taxing. Though land tax is not permitted,
the resources created from the land can be taxed proportionate to
the family income & expenditure.
House is a fundamental requirement of man, hence it should not be
taxed. If the Government build Houses with Public Fund, and give to
People for living,
it can be taxed like rent depending upon the Financial Strategies
laid out on the issue. The Divine Establishment is in the
following order:
Cleanliness - Necessity - Requirement - Hobbies
The industrial products can be taxed, but the industrial
building should not be taxed. At the same time rental-buildings can
be taxed proportionate to the family income & expenditure of the
building-owner.
It is the obligation of the ruler to supply Drinking Water and Water
for House-Usage to the needed people at
free of cost. The money required for supplying water have to
be met from Other Public Taxes.
