It is scientifically
explained in Part 1of this Web site that GOD avails a human figures
scientifically, and it is Woman, Not Man.
The
words 'Woman' & 'Man' are NOT singular.
The Creatures are generally created as Two-in-One.
Male + Female = 1 Creature. The Wisdom, Thoughts, Words, and Deeds make it fully clear that the
Male & Female have no / less differences, the Body structure
make them inter-dependent that they cannot live, as well as form
part of a
future generation without joining.
Man becomes perfect only when Woman joins him; and the vice versa. The creatures with no partner should be understood
as a lesson for human beings that GOD can make creations as such
too. Please try to compare it with our own life as follows: (1) if
no partner created, (2) if the 1 creature lives alone, (3) if the 1
creature produces a baby alone, (4) if the 1 creature looks after
the baby alone, (5) if the 1 creature runs a family alone....
That is no father, no mother, no son, no daughter.
One creature produces some babies and those babies grow and produces
more babies and the life prolongs like that.
How many people could imagine such a life.... We know that the Creatures always have to obey whatever Science or
Order established by the Creator.
Now think of the Glory of GOD in establishing the Creatures as Male
& Female.
Woman
is Greater in Creation as per Vedas (GOD). GOD established the Supreme
Science placing Woman as First/Top, she gives birth to Man.
He begins his life calling the Woman given him Birth as Mother
(Mummy, Mam, Umma, Amma, etc.),
receiving Milk /Food and Protection mainly from her. That is his
first approach to Woman is as Mother.
Man is obliged to respect all Women except his Wife as Mother. Man is obliged to believe
Woman.
To whom his Mother points out as Father, he is obliged to believe
& respect it.
When he grows up he should keep up believing woman.
And a woman would lose the confidence kept on her by man if she
lies.
She should not lie at any cost. Since a female baby is another
Mother tomorrow, she is not obliged to respect other women as Mother
except her mother.
The Supreme Mother has placed Woman with the Super Task of Caring
the Family and the Future Generations.
She is supposed to do only house-wife jobs, teaching children
especially below 10 years, training girls, etc : the Society /
Nation failed /fails in many social matters due to women went for
unscientific jobs resulting in inadequate care to children.
The Next...next generations thru Children developed increase of
wrongs.
At house, woman is the Chief Protector,
if she fails to protect the family, he cannot fulfil his part of
protecting the family, his job, society, nation, etc.
The Children (who later become Men & Women) brought up by Women &
Men who did not know and/or practise the Duties of Women & Men are
the basic failures in the societies (in all countries on earth). The
Course of Decaying developed through many centuries, hence women
/men today cannot be held fully responsible for the same.
Man
is Greater in Protection as per Vedas.
Man is obliged to find Food and all
matters/materials required for a family thru Right Jobs.
All Duties Not undertaken by Woman are to be
Attended/Done by Man.
Woman
& Man are equal in Samharam (Destruction). All people - Men & Women - should get equal
chances to enjoy life. The Supreme Science of Justice thru re-incarnations settles all issues
and/or differences perfectly and all men & women get or avail
equal chances for enjoying or experiencing life. All people
get equal chances to live both as Man and Woman :
Every human takes 50 man-births and 50 woman-births
and this brings
equality in man & woman. So far as man
won’t deliver children (as per the physical Science),
woman claming equal rights in the different fields of
society life, are worthless. Fundamentally, the Claims for
Equal Rights are due to ignorance/ negligence of divine
laws. The social duties of man & woman are different. Unfortunately the religions
also failed to explain/ prove how
women get equal rights. The Political
Parties of today, the Religions, the Cultural Centres,
etc. as well as the Woman-Forums claiming Equal Rights
as that of Man, can only blink at the above facts with their mouths wide open ! The position of woman is factually higher than man as
explained before.
The number of births
are also definite.
There are 100 Births/Re-Births.
Everything in this Universe is in perfect order.It is established by the Supreme
Justice that this Number 100 gets Supreme Importance in all Fields
of Life, i.e. in all branches of Science.
It is evident then that Women need not worry
over the atrocities in one-birth. So far as the Women Organizations,
etc. cannot afford Equal Beauty, Equal Wisdom, Equal Job Taste,
Equal Hobby Taste, Equal Living Conditions, Equal Health, Equal Age,
Equally Qualified Husbands, Equally Qualified Children, etc. etc.,
they better stop their activities and learn VEDAS, dissolve the
Women-forums, go home, care their parents-children-husband, care
food/kitchen, do gardening, look after cow & ox, surrender to GOD,
and pray for the well being of all creatures in the world as Woman
is placed by GOD as the Mother. Don't you believe in GOD ? [Some religious leaders teach that re-births
would stand at infinitive if man do not embrace the kind of
spiritualism taught by them. Those leaders forgot or missed to
understand that they cannot eat, clothe, travel by car, etc. etc. if
all people leave their occupations and embrace the kind of
spiritualism as the leaders do].
The Supreme Mother acts
through Members of the Family in the following Order, placing Woman
on the Top : Mother-1, Wife-2, Daughter-3,
Father- 4, Husband-5, Son-6.
The Supreme Mother does the Creation, Preservation, and Destruction
(for Protection), and the ranks 1, 2, and 3 are reserved for the
Supreme Mother, and it is partially distributed to Woman in a
family. A woman ranks 1 when she performs the duties of a mother,
the same woman ranks 2 when she performs the duties of a wife, and
ranks 3 when she performs the duties of a daughter.

Contests : Since it is well understandable that Beauty is a Birth
Quality supplied by MAHAASHAKTHI detailed in the Supreme Science of
Justice, people should not conduct Beauty Contests. It is totally
Nonsense.
Differences
between Human beings & other Creatures with regard to Sex :: The Supreme Meaningfulness of the
Creation of the Universe will be realized by Human Beings
only when he understands the Science hidden in each and everything of
the Universe.
It would become possible only if the Human beings lead a
systematic life.
He would need ethics, moral science, virtues ... to form a
systematic life. The systematic life gets better named as family life.
A man should limit his sexual needs with one lady, his wife.
And a woman should limit her sexual needs with one man, her
husband.
Death, Divorce, Re-marriage, etc. are to be considered as
extra-ordinary cases. Now
look at other Creatures which are also created & protected by
GOD.
No father-mother-brother-sister-son-daughter ..etc. relations exist
in the matter of sex. Mostly it is a free sex system. Not only
that. We will see that sexual assault / rapes also take place in
other creatures.
It appears : No police. No courts. No jail. No punishments.
A close study will confirm that GOD allow such free sex
system in other Creatures..
Then a question would arises why GOD keep dual systems, why not
man be allowed free sex system. The answer was given in the above
paragraph. The special wisdom to use the
scientific laws within the Universe and to enjoy life with the so
vast number of entertainments are allowed to Human Beings.
To enjoy the scientific facilities and to protect the Universe,
the free sex system should be strictly banned.
Will man prefer to become animals to
enjoy free sex ? Sex is Not the Ultimatum. What will you say when
you are weak & old ?How many of the readers would
prefer to become goat, cow, ox, cat, dog, lioness, lion, tiger, pig,
elephant, etc. in order to enjoy free sex system ?
It was explained in Part 1
of the Web site about the Pet Animals/Birds which sound MA and HAA
have special relations with Human beings. Beware also that the Hen,
Cock, Duck, Goat (Sheep) and Buffalo are the re-births of people who
committed sexual assaults / sins. In their re-births they are allowed
to enjoy free sex, but tortured by human beings, etc. They may have to
take many such births. They are generally not awarded past-memories,

the Supreme Status of Pleasures. During their Life on Earth, People should

should first respect their Sexual Organs and the Supreme Creation-matters
established by GOD through those involve in
Sex, Human beings enjoy top pleasure and GOD does Creation. People
should realize the Excellence of Family life. They are obliged to respect the Sex
with Wife/Husband Only System and confine to One Wife /One Husband
System.

Man and Woman begin their
life naming (calling) the Woman who gave them Birth as MOTHER. That
is his/her first approach to Woman is as Mother. Man is thus
obliged to respect all Women except his Wife as Mother. Since a
female baby is another Mother tomorrow, she is not obliged to
respect other women as Mother. People should
respect one another in sexual matters.

Sexual Assault
MAHAASHAKTHI (GOD) has
established the Supreme Science with the 2nd Vedam, the Science of
Duties & Virtues
before the Creation of the Universe, to Supremely Protect the
Creation/Creatures/Universe.
The Science of Duties & Virtues explain the Primary Duties of a Man
and a Woman,
Code of Conduct between members of a family, society/nation,
the Perfect Political Science, Economic System,
Science of Justice, etc.
Most /all of the Sexual
Assaults are due to the Lifestyles neglecting and/or not knowing
Duties & Virtues.
In Part 8 of the Web site,
many topics are detailed with examples, which will enable a scholar
or judge to understand a problem in accordance with Duties &
Virtues, and find divine/scientific solutions. All problems
fundamentally involve 3 facts : (1) the direct participants, (2) the
society, (3) GOD or VEDAS.
Hence the Punishments for sexual assaults are also to be of 3 types.
There are many types of
sexual assaults / crime. Very brief /basic facts are only mentioned herein.
Type A : Related
with Education (1) Sexual Relation
between a male & a female who do not know what they are doing
due to lack of sexual education is a crime; and the parents and the
government who do not take initiative in the right sexual education
are the culprits.
(Other Creatures who are exempted as they are not supplied with
scientific wisdom).
(2) Sexual Relation between a male & a female when one of them
do not have sexual education and the partner exploits it. The
partner as well as the parents of the ignorant participant + the
government are the culprits. (3) etc.
Type B : Related
with Requirement;
Type C : Related
with Circumstances; Type D : Related
with Revenge; Type E : Related
with Sins, etc.

and/or to find divine/scientific solution to any problem. The seriousness of the

3.2
Sexual Assault
- Punishment from the Assaulted
It is the Creational Excellence of GOD that Every Creature is basically living
for itself. Hence Man/Woman have the right to do anything for his/her pleasure provided
he/she accepts that others also should have such rights.
Such situations necessitate a Code of Conduct which will lead all to Learning
Vedas.
Assaulting / Raping is an action WITHOUT
the permission of the Person/Participant.
Generally Man rapes Woman.
It is not like stealing a property/wealth. It is assaulting the body
of another Creature.
That Action may even give birth to a Baby. Hence it is too
serious. The Society / The Government / The Court should
first seek the Punishment wished by the Assaulted. Further, they are
obliged to accept the Verdict of the Assaulted except in
extra-ordinary cases.
If
the Assaulted is weak physically, mentally, educationally, etc.
her/his parents, close relatives, teachers, etc. may assist her /him
or act as representative. Their involvement should not make the substance lose.
The Assaulted shall prefer (1) Beating the
Assaulter who is tied (by the government) to coconut tree, etc. in a public place during
day time, in the presence of the parents, close relatives, general
public, panchayat members/king, etc.; and/or
(2) Financial compensation equal to twice the sum of the Marriage
expenses ; and/or
(3) Marriage with the assaulter + Half of his properties; and/or
(3) Any other punishment which would give her/him satisfaction as to
become or try to become normal as before.
But if she prefers the assaulter be killed, the
government should strictly arrange counseling through a
psychologist/psychiatrist to soothe her. And if she persists still,
the assaulter should be publicly tied up, and she or her
representative only be allowed to kill him. The government should not do
it.
Because Man is not allowed to kill another Man without sufficient
reasons.
So far as the Woman is not killed by the assaulter, he should not be
killed by the government. If kills, the sin will fall upon the
king/the approving official.
(The above shall be noted for the punishments
against drugs/narcotics. They should not be sentenced to death. The
government officials should exhibit their duty bound excellence in
stopping the production of drugs. When a drug is produced and
reaches the public road, the government officials as well as the
king deserve punishment. They should become capable enough to stop
the production of drugs/narcotics before the completion of
production).
When the Assaulted is killed, the society/king
should better prefer Capital punishment to the Assaulter (s).
Further if the Assault is made to a Man by a lady, she should not be
punished (because the penis will not stand aright as well as the
semen will not go out without he become sexually interested/liking).
Homogeneous sexual assaults shall be punished with the advices of
psychologist and/or psychiatrist in line with the explanations in
Part 8 of the web site. More details will be added later,
if GOD wills.

Sexual Assault
- Punishment from Government
A Government should normally approve the Judgement
by the Assaulted and/or her/his Parents, etc. and note to verify the
style of living of the assaulted if she/he is understood to be
leading a life not respecting the glory in sex matters.
However, a government should not be haste in capital punishment.

Sexual
Relations /Assault in other Creatures
There are people who do sexual harassing to
Creatures. Other Creatures do Assaults in between. Their life is like
that. If human beings also assault them sexually, it is bad. So far
as the society / king does not know the desire of the other creature
in regard to the punishment/blessing, let the matter to be disposed
by GOD, the Supreme Justice. But people do not enjoy the right to

In
regard to Abortions: GOD gives the complete freedom/authority to
the Girl/Woman to decide whether to abort or deliver. Many religions
err the topic. The Government/Society should learn the values of
Sex, impart the right education in sexual matters through the
Divine/Scientific Educational System detailed in Part 4. We are living in
a society where most or many of the Governments, Religious Heads,
Officers of High Ranks, Known Wise Men & Women, etc are trying to
protect the Ministers, Priests, Rich, etc who do assaults ! In regard to the
death of the embryo during abortion, leave it to Medical Science /GOD.
The
Embryo will be considered as a Baby only if delivered in usual
course. The mental agony will/may pull the girl /woman any how

The Moral Science is established by GOD such that
it is as simple even for little children to be aware of and GOD give
memory power mostly at all times.
People and the Government should beware that Justice do not
end with Human Governments and Human Courts.
The Supreme Court is run by the Supreme Justice, GOD.
And GOD take care that the Right Punishment is given. The human
beings punish an assaulter or not, he/she will get the (balance of
the) punishment/reward from GOD.
Please see in Chapter 1 above how
the assaulters become goat, hen, cock, etc. and continue assault,
punished and killed and eaten. Depending upon the nature and number of assaults,
the Supreme Justice awards Severe Punishments. The difficulties to contain

Prostitution
The governments, judiciary, police, etc. in all countries on earth
disturb
many people in the society who involve in sexual enjoyments; they defame
them publicly, but hide or try to hide the names of ministers,
superior officers (also of the police department), vips, etc. GOD
has Blessed Woman with the Super-most Beauty and Man/Woman finds the
Super-most pleasure in his sexual relationship with Woman/Man. If
Free Sex is allowed like in animals, Family Life will collapse, and
the Fall of Virtues will gradually endanger the Life on Earth. The
increase of Free Sex is happening now, and the reason is Fall
/Failure of Keeping Virtues.
Who is a Prostitute ? Those who sell Sexual Pleasures are named Prostitutes today,
it is incorrect; all people involving in Immoral Sexual Relations are Prostitutes
(women as well as men). How many people are Morally Right ? Each
person including the writer should introspect self how far he/she is
right /clean by thoughts, words and deeds ? Perhaps all people on
earth might be Prostitutes. (When I repented for my many bad
thoughts and some minor (sexual) bad deeds, the Supreme Mother
soothed me and revealed to me that they were due to
the Wrong Activities of the Special Personality 'Vishaanu' detailed
in Parts 1 & 5). Are a few or many ladies selling Sexual
Pleasures responsible for the Sexual Immoralities in the Society
/Nation ? Why not a few or many ladies selling Sexual Pleasures be
considered as suppressing the increase of sexual assaults ? Such
questions direct us to scientifically verify/scrutinize the topic.
Who are the Sexual Culprits
in the Society today ? Sexual enjoyments are Private Matters between a Male & a Female and
each couple should enjoy it privately only.
The people who are allowing as well as showing/exposing private
(sexual) affairs into public
affairs are the Real Sexual Culprits; and a long listing of
personalities like King, Ministers, Judges, Public Servants etc who
allow the Various Artists like Cine Actors, Dancers, .....
Producers, Directors, .......Advertisers, Industrialists, Commercial
people, People associating in the manufacture and sale of Liquors &
Drugs, People working/associating in News papers, Magazines,
Booklets, Television, Video, Computer, Internet, Pictures, Idols
/Statues, etc etc. are the Worst Culprits. Because of their bringing private affairs into
public affairs, the general public including little children are
misguided, losing moralities. Hence all those people doing and
allowing private affairs into public affairs are to be immediately
restricted, and their fields of operations cleaned according to the
Science of Duties & Virtues.
Because of those people in
the long list (including most/many Kings, Ministers, Judges, Priests, the
Rich, etc.), Sexual Vulgarities have penetrated into every field of
life today, and different kinds of Sexual Assaults and Ragging
increase in the society /state /nation day by day. Those allowing
and/or exposing private life/affairs into public affairs enjoy the
evilly happiness and later express sorrows when same evils trouble
them or their dears.
Nearly 99% people living on
earth are considered to be believing in Religions, Religious
Priests/Leaders and Religious-Gods !
When the Divine Sex is abused by the majority everywhere, it means
those 99% of religious believers including their priests abuse sex
mostly ! They do not recognize themselves as the Worst Sexual
Culprits, but consider a few people selling & buying Sexual
Pleasures under Privacy as Culprits. The worst religious leaders and
their followers are hasting to punish those few prostitutes who
perhaps/partly saves the present society by suppressing the increase
of sexual assaults created by those religious cracks. A person
believing in religion swears to the religion and/or to the
religious-god that he will live only as per the religious commands.
The constitutions in all countries differ in between and differ from
the religions too. It necessitates people to live by different
constitutions at one time which is not at all possible without
cheating self, religions, religious gods, and the various
constitutions. That is, a public servant including the Minister or
King as well as all the people cannot be considered as religious or
believing in some god when they accept the constitution of a / any
country. The religious priests and leaders including the Popes do
not feel ashamed for carrying the religious, political, social and
sexual wastes; but they are all very strict to go behind the
political cracks who find a few people as prostitutes..... The many religious evils /priests who do
themselves and allow their followers to swear in the name of
religious Gods to take charge of public offices like Minister, and
government servants, to act as per certain Constitutions in the

given to the Creatures by their Creator, and placing ladders to
heaven by beatifications whereas they accrue severe sin/punishment

those Real Culprits who mislead the society / nation.
Why the religious leaders,
priests, political rulers, etc are severely criticized/scolded in
the above paragraph ?
Because (1) SEX is Divine, and it is the Top-most pleasure established
for Creatures, and GOD does Creation when Creatures enjoy the
Top-most pleasure without knowing the Creational Aspect during the
Moments of Sexual Pleasure; (2) the Divine Sexual System should not be
let abused by people knowingly and unknowingly ; (3) the ignorant may
sell or buy sexual pleasures ; but it is the duty of every individual in
the society to keep Sex Clean in all respects to respect the Supreme
Science as detailed in Chapter 1 above by way of living according to
the Science of Duties & Virtues and imparting Right Knowledge to the
Ignorant and providing them with good/better/best life facilities
available in the society instead of seeking ways to punish the poor who buy or sell sexual pleasures. As
was detailed above, the Real Sexual Culprits should first restrict
themselves from the various sexual vulgarities they expose
publicly....... Mind, the
Differences
between Human beings & other Creatures with regard to Sex were
established for the human beings to realize the
Supreme Meaningfulness of the Creation of the Universe; and to

Sexual Culprits,

punish even those use vulgar words

the Super-most Obedient Servant -cum- Samhara Devan.
From Parts 1 & 3, one can understand that GOD has established the
Supreme Science and the Supreme Universe by a Supreme Laugh and that
Supreme Laugh is continuing through and within the Atoms (in the
Supreme Universe).
The Supreme Laugh does not need even a moment to award terrible
sickness, poverty, etc to the complete or part of a state/ country /
world. But settles everything with Supreme Science thru Supreme
Love.
Does a Government have any
Divine/Scientific Right to punish prostitute (s) ? A Government is obliged to punish the Real Culprits. As such,
from the content of the paragraph briefed above, the government is
obliged to punish so many people including
themselves. All countries on earth are ruled evilly, hence they are
all to be punished. A government is further obliged to verify the
Moralities in Religions. The Stories of Vishaanu (Narayanan),
Krishnan, Muslim Marriages, Christian /Western Free Sex, and the
like have been spreading Sexual Vulgarities too, and the governments
were supposed to examine, discuss, and eliminate the Evils from the

A Government enjoys the right to punish people including
the so called prostitutes only if they trouble other people as per the Science of
Duties & Virtues. In the matter of Prostitution, so far as the Participants are pleased with
sexual relations, and they do not make public sexual shows, a government
has only less to act against them. A man-prostitute who goes to a
woman-prostitute should be punished by the government only if his
dears want it. However, a government enjoys the right to seize half
the portion of GOD's wealth kept by him in advance without waiting
his death as a punishment provided the governmental officials are
morally right and implement divine rule in the country. AND the
Government should not allow the Citizens to cheat others with
false-personalities. Hence the Record of Male & Female Prostitutes
should be displayed in Public Places like Panchayath, Inn, etc until
they repent and return to Moral Life.

or MahaaVedam (Supreme Science). With regard to (1), the
direct participants have (generally) no complaints. The government who receive their tax money
(at present) also are obliged to
protect them in general life; and should not overact in the private
affairs of the people. At the same time, it is the obligation of the government to protect
the morality and do justice to suffering people. The above paragraph
settles it.
With regard to (2),
the Governmental part to
involve in Punishing Prostitution matters generally, for keeping up
the Morality of the Society; this Divine / Ethical work
can be undertaken only if the Government is Morally Good.
That is, we need to check first whether the government is morally
good.
Checking a Government is to be done in 2 ways : (a) Checking the Code of
Conduct = the Laws in the Country and the execution of the
same. (b) Checking the Morality of the
Rulers whether they follow the above Code of Conduct = the
Laws in the Country.
In regard to (a) Checking the Code of Conduct, = the Laws in the Country and
the execution of the same, the details in Part 8 of this Web site alone
will prove that most of the systems/governments on Earth are below
average and crossed the Date of Expiry many years / decades /
centuries before.
For e.g. 1) A government / ruler which should protect the morality
of the society should not allow the public production, distribution,
and consumption of alcohol. But most of the state governments in
India collect high revenue & allow the public spreading of the
evil, which demoralize the public tending them to do sins.
2) The government is unable to execute the laws enacted by them.
The abolition of Dowry was made as Law in India, 2 or more times and
the Ministries and the Courts become the prostitutes of their laws.
3) The UNO fails to enact Moral matters at many times due to the
muscle power of 1 or a few countries. The UNO is to be
restructured as TPO, True Peoples Organization. 4) The UNO is unable to stop a member country when it declares/does
War with other countries. Etc. Etc.
Since the /many governmental
failures are not a sudden development and the present system of sins
(might have been) evolved through many centuries, the present rulers with a few years
of service cannot/should not be held responsible for the whole
errors.
At the same time, History = His Story = the Story of Most of the Present People who
have been living in all these centuries with different bodies (as
per Reincarnations), hence partially responsible for the present
mostly/fully decayed system. And the present governmental
people totally responsible for the matters or systems born recently.
The Checking and/or Research of the Code of
Conduct will reach to the 'Laws of the Land' created by the Creator
of the Land, demanding the Elimination of all human (imperfect)
constitutions and establishing the Single Divine Constitution for
all countries on earth. The details are available in Part 4 of the

In regard to (b),
Checking the Morality of the Rulers whether they follow the above
Code of Conduct, = the Laws in the Country, the common people
read in the dailies that most of them are competing in Sins.
Perhaps the Girls / Women/Men
participating in Prostitution rank in moralities much more than the
Rulers in the Countries. Many girls/women entered into
Prostitution due to Poverty, Cheats, Traps, etc. by People with
Religious / Political Ties had/have been news in the Media several
times. Though the officials in most of the
Government departments participate in Sins, they all trap the
Policemen more as the responsible. The Ministers even escape by
suspending some policemen. Thus the King/ Ministers, etc. made/make
the respectful police / security men lose respect in the society.
Indeed there are Sins in Police Department too like in every
department, perhaps a little more due to their daily mingling with
Evilly Rulers and Evilly people. The Code of Conduct is applicable
to all Governmental Offices/Officers.
Assuming the Government
is morally Good in regard to the Code of Conduct (which can be
possible only by reinstating the Supreme Science /MahaaVedam as the
Constitution of all Countries) and its execution as well as the
Rulers pure, let us evaluate the Crime of the Participants in
Prostitution.
Ladies first : The reasons for prostitution should be evaluated first. (1) If the girls/women participated
in the affair chose the path due to the governmental failures in
protecting them, for e.g. poverty, the governmental officers and ministers including
the judges are to be punished severely. Such guys are unfit for
their posts.
(2)
If the girls/women participated
in the affair chose the path or forced to do it due to cheats /
force by any person (s), the cheats should be immediately found out,
and severely punished. Their properties confiscated and
punishments given in accordance with the desire of the girls as was
explained before.
(3)
If the girls/women participated
in the affair chose the path due to sexual over-thirst, greed of
money, etc., it should be considered as her selection of a style of
living. Since it is affecting the morality of the Society, she
should be publicly named as a Prostitute. Such ladies should
register their identity as Prostitutes and compulsorily given
counseling as well as Medical treatments at their / public costs.
She should keep the record of Persons visiting her, and such record
should be produced to the government if asked for (which will have
to be returned to her).
She should not be troubled by unnecessarily calling such records.
She should not be allowed to keep male staff even for security. Her
one more relatives who do prostitution and female associates/servants
who also do prostitution alone
should be allowed to stay with her.
She should not be allowed to run business in prostitution, hence
women other than prostitutes and (her & other) children should not
be allowed to stay with her. She should not allow her
male/female relatives to visit her except for prostitution.
Prostitutes should not be
allowed to make any kind of advertising. They should not be allowed
to stand in the public streets and expose body as they do in the red
streets, etc. At the same time, no attempts should be made to defame
them. In regard to the anxieties
of Family Women, it is baseless to worry if they are living good and
please all the members of the family with love.
Please learn the Supreme Science of Justice explained in Part 4 of
the Web site,
learn the Creational & Protective Fate. Further understand that
a prostitute may be superior to family ladies in many respects (not
in all respects).
With regard to Male
persons, if they approach Prostitutes
by paying money, they should not be punished. He should register his
name and address, Time of arrival, and Time of Departure as he does
in a Tourist Home with signature in the Book maintained by the
Prostitute. No payment matters should be mentioned in such book. He
should not be allowed to travel with a Prostitute outside her house
unless he publicly marries her.
If a Male cheats a Female
for sexual exploitation or take part in such traps knowingly, it is
a crime. A man can easily understand whether the woman he approaches
join him willingly or not. He is obliged to help her escape if she
is in a trap.
The MAHAAVEDAM (Supreme Science) do not
allow Kings & Ministers as well as Public Servants to go to
Prostitutes. They may quit their Public Designations publicly before
going to Prostitutes. If any person including the King wishes to marry more,
they shall immediately quit the Position of Public Servants and
marry then provided the woman he married before and to be married
are satisfied with the same, and his personal details not concealed
to them.
With regard to (3), MAHAAVEDAM (Supreme
Science), the

3 about Quality. Beauty is created by GOD's Quality + Power of /in
the Elements.
The Supreme Universe has been Created & Protected Beautifully.
Sathyam Shivam Sundaram : Sathyam (GOD) creates/has created Shivam
(Jagath/Universe) with Sundaram (Beauty).
The Beauty is spread in everything and everywhere of the Universe
in the form of Qualities & Properties of the Elements /Creatures.
It is a so vast topic. Herein below, Beauty in /of Physical
Body of Human Beings and/or Used Facilities is only discussed
with.
4.1
OM
: The Science of Supreme Justice serves Equal Beauty to all Human
Beings.
GOD is the Supreme Justice, and people are
awarded with differences in Beauty. It should be discussed first.
Beauty is a Birth-Quality.
Beauty, Colour, Health, Height, Weight, Age, Job-taste,
Hobby-taste, Wisdom, etc are the Birth Qualities.
GOD becomes the Supreme Justice only
when GOD serves Equal Justice to All Creatures including Human
beings. GOD has established a unique & indefinitely broad 'Supreme
Science of Justice' to protect and serve equal Justice to all
Creatures. This Science is also in
physical terms, and the Scientific proofs & details are available
in Part 4. All
people should get equal chances to enjoy life. If the birth-qualities are one, and all people have same
Job-taste, Wisdom, all people will be able to do only one work,
and the social structure of the society would become meaningless,
impracticable, and unpleasant. If
all people get job-tastes, wisdom, etc. in all works at a time; then
also the free-will, thirst for enjoyment, etc. etc. would bring the same
situation of meaningless, impracticable and unpleasant life. The
different forms of enjoyments obtainable by the development in the
various branches of Physical Science, and the different types of life at
different lands (Countries) etc, are another type of requirement
/enjoyment. That is, all people should get chances to become king,
judge, scientist, pilot, merchant, laborer, fisherman, mechanic,
officer, doctor, peon, farmer etc. Now
consider : Why GOD, the Supreme Justice made those differences in birth qualities ? The following example would prove that even if the political
system (+ judiciary) or man obtain the capability to equalize
the birth- qualities, it is of no use to him, and it will
endanger his living and he would start crying to GOD to take
back such power, and wish to acquire the birth- qualities from
GOD (Nature). For
e.g. Let us try to equalize the Beauty in Human
beings. (1)
If equal beauty to be provided to all people, all people
should be created similar, face- shape, height, weight, body
shape, color, sound, health, occupation, language, hobby,
lifespan, etc. should then be the same!(2) Think, if we arbitrate for the
same & equal body growth for all people matching with
time!(3) Think, if we stand for no
diseases, and if at all diseases come, to come at definite
time & at definite age! (4) Think, If people want their bodies
fully resemble notwithstanding the all or some people eat
or not eat; drink or not.(5) Think, If the hobbies of all
people become the same!(6) Think, If the job interest of
all people become the same & do only one job! (7) Think, if all people die at
same age! That is, one should not die before that definite
age, even if hanged, poisoned, or even when torn into pieces
by vehicle accident!(8) Think, if we arbitrate that all
people should die only in the same style, with same
experiences! Only a few examples are given
above.
Consider the present population on earth approx..650 crores of
people with same face shape! And
if all people should be equal in all respects, there should
not be man-woman gender difference,
all people should be either men or women! If
we further try to equalize all the creatures other than human
beings, the purpose of Creation will fall into humiliation.
Though it was found necessary to have
differences in Birth-Qualities, the Divine Justice Served to
equalize those differences are not mentioned yet.
GOD Blesses All Creatures including all Human Beings with
(Equal !) Beauty through 99+1=100 Births.

: Wealth Law places Conditions in the Use of Beautifying Materials
The
Supreme Mother will be happy only when All Her Human Children live
with Best facilities.
GOD allows the application of Scientific laws
to produce /use Beatifying Materials such as Very Expensive Clothes,
Ornaments, Perfumery, Beauty-Medicines, Artistic Furniture, Super
Paints, etc as per the Science of Duties & Virtues.
The Science of Duties & Virtues direct to the 4 Divine Divisions of Job/Matters
explained in Part 7 of the Web site,
in order to evaluate the Public /General Standards of Living
Facilities. GOD, the Supreme Mother wants all Children to have same
kind of living facilities. [GOD take care of other Creatures as can be
understood in the Supreme Science of Justice (Omkara Science of
Justice)]. The Rulers in the State /Country must ensure that all Human
Children avail same kind of basic living-facilities. The Basic
Facilities would mean the Necessities and Requirements; not the
facilities under Hobby. For example, a telephone and a mobile phone
can be considered as Necessity & Requirement for a 5 or 10-member
family of today living in a town, hence the government should ensure such a facility to
that family; a government should not go for supplying mobile phones to
each member as it would make them all lazy. The people earned money
in accordance with the Science of Duties & Virtues
alone enjoy the right to have Super Mobile Phones.
Does
the Mother in your Family like most of her children in financial
difficulties, with less living facilities,
and one or two children enjoying life-facilities with No/Less care for
his/her Brothers & Sisters ? How can GOD, the Supreme Mother be happy when most of Her Human Children
live with less facilities ?
The Supreme Mother is the Supreme Father too, and the Grieving Supreme
Mother may become disappointed/angry with those Children with less
care to Suffering Brothers & Sisters.
Although the Supreme Mother settles the Inequalities in Living
Facilities thru the Omkara Science of Justice,
the Supreme Mother prefers the Rulers (King/Ministers) to represent
GOD in the form of Supreme Science (MahaaVedam) and carry out Divine
Rule so that we see/experience All People living Happily in the
Universe. A rich man/woman should consider self for some time as his/her
(handicapped) house-servant earning (very less) salary,
finding it (very) difficult to meet the fundamental requirements of
the family namely Food, Clothes, and House (Shelter) ;
how will you (the house-servant) consider your Employer (Master)
spending large amounts of money for Beautifying materials like Very
Expensive Clothes, Ornaments, Perfumery,
Beauty-Medicines, Artistic Furniture, Super
Paints, etc .?

Beautifying
and/or Useless Materials, etc
It was detailed in 4.1 above that Beauty is a
Birth-Quality and GOD Blesses All Human beings with Equal Beauty thru
100 births.
The following questions matter now : (1)
Should people go behind Artificial Beautifying ? Is it not Unfair ?
(2)
Does the Creator of the Supreme Science (GOD) allow Beautifying
Materials as part of utilizing Scientific laws ?
Answer for (1) & (2) : GOD allows the
application of Scientific laws to produce /use Beatifying Materials
such as Very Expensive Clothes, Ornaments, Perfumery, Artistic
Furniture, Super Paints, etc as per the Science of Duties & Virtues,
that is, when all people enjoy the basic facilities. That is, the Beautifying materials may/can be used
by those interested in such things as part of (4) Hobby, provided they
fulfil their duties related with
(1) Cleanliness ; (2) Necessity ; and (3)
Requirement.
Question & Answer are part of the
'Science of Justice', a branch of the 3rd Vedam, the Spiritual Science
(Aathmeeya Shastram). The Answer given
above for the Questions (1) & (2) is not enough. The people,
especially the Rulers need to verify the Materials brought into the
Public by Merchants / Industries, etc. to ensure the Good & Bad
Qualities as part of Protecting People/Society.
That is, the Duties of a
Ruler/Government require him to verify the Materials as per 1st Vedam,
the Physical Science. There should not be a need for Consumer Courts, and people
(health/energy/money/time etc) should not be troubled.
An industrialist /merchant should convince the Government /People
about the Quality of materials.
No material is useless, but a material advertised as best for
something but not best for that something is termed here as
'Useless'.
For example : Many Hair Oils, Perfumery, Medicines for Bald Head,
Memory Medicines, Various Tooth Pastes /Soaps, etc etc.

Beautifying
and/or Useless Materials mock at the Science of Duties & Virtues
(GOD)
From Parts 1, 3, 4, etc People understand how
Supremely GOD has established the Supreme Science for the Creation &
Protection of the Universe. The Supreme Science represents GOD and
deserve Worship, but GOD the Creator of the Supreme Science develop
our worship also to be fully scientific and worship only GOD.
But, the human beings must respect the Supreme Science.
Instead of respecting , how will it be if people mock at the Supreme
Science (MahaaVedam).
The advertisements of different materials manufactured in various
parts of the state/country/earth mock at the Supreme Science.
The Common people generally do not know the rights & wrongs. The wise
& popular become part of those sins. The rulers : mum.
For example : (1) Most of the Tooth Pastes say
'human beings can laugh well only by using such tooth pastes'. They
declare that human beings cannot live without using tooth pastes, or
particular brand of tooth pastes.... Doctors too certify them !
Those human beings should have cleaned the teeth
of their pets (Dogs, Cats, Cow, Ox,...) too with those Tooth-Pastes !
O Naughty, what about all other Creatures ? The
Majority or Most people Use Tooth Pastes today.
Are human beings completely saved from dental problems ? Like all
other Creatures, please be informed that Human Beings need no tooth
pastes. At the same time, Brushing without Tooth paste is scientific.
When man would become Vegetarian as from the Opening of Maya, as
detailed in Part 1, Brushing would even become unnecessary.
Wash your face & mouth with
Water. Enough.
(2) Most /many of the Materials make
Unscientific /Evilly advertisements like the above.
All industrialists / merchants /rulers
are advised to check according to MahaaVedam, their advertisements as
well as products. The earlier, the better as you don't know whether you are alive in the
next moment / day.

Rulers
(King/Minister/ Religious Leaders, etc.) mock at the Science of
Duties & Virtues
How can a Ruler /Government keep Mum when
the Supreme Supreme Science is being mocked instead of respecting.
In addition to the content of Chapter 4.4 above,. the rulers are
mocking to the extreme !
For example : (1) Liquor.
If Liquor
Consumption is not Good, should the Government or Justice allow Liquor Consumption ?
(2) Insurance.
Can people believing in GOD, and Justice
allow/do Insurance ? The Evilly religionists too keep mum !?
(3) Swearing in the Name of GOD.
Those who state that they belong to certain
religion cannot swear in according to other laws like the
Constitutions in countries. By doing so, they and their religious
leaders, etc. are cheating GOD, People, and themselves. The Religious
Priests/Leaders preach that People should become only Slaves of GOD
and follow the Laws of GOD thru Religious Books, but they who
positioned themselves or thru the ignorant Public can be found in all
countries on Earth, working for their Political and other Masters,
etc. avoiding their Real Master (GOD). Their Political Slavery are
compensated by Political /Ministerial sanctioning of religious
/private requirements and/or Governmental approval of Human Super-gods
and Little-gods, etc.
A few religious priests are busy with glorifying/beatifying a certain
human beings, by placing ladders to Heaven, etc. They ignore the basic lesson : NOT to
intervene into matters decided by GOD.
(4) Misuse of Sex :
Explained above.
(5). Sexy Advertisements
How could the Religionists, Women Forums, wise men...,
& Rulers join /allow / fail to ban even the worst Sexy
Advertisements spread everywhere on earth. The responsible avail
Severe Punishments.
(6). Age, Health, Professions, Teacher /Guru :
The Rulers / Governments in the different countries on Earth are doing
a very big sin by Fixing Age for Retirement from Jobs, nullifying the
Free Will awarded to the Creatures by the Creator. The
Rulers/Ministers enjoy job /services after 80 or 90 years while civil
servants, judges, etc become unhealthy at 55, 58 , 60 etc. Shame not
upon the Judges, etc. because they are not Judges. A blessed Ruler who
lives by the Science of Duties & Virtues is to run Judiciary. The
people known as learned don't have any authority to talk about GOD or
People like M.K.Gandhi blessed by GOD, as they keep mum when Govt
imposes Salt-Tax, House Tax, Service Tax, etc. It is explained in
Chapter 3.18 of Part 3 that a person be placed as a Teacher / Guru
only after his 50 years. In India, etc Teacher retires at 55 or
58 !
